Emplacement au top, appartement super!

Pros: Le logement semble neuf. Il a tout les équipements nécessaire. Il est bien insonorisé avec la double porte devant chaque fenêtre et les rideaux pour ne pas être vu des voisins. Le chauffage réversible est un plus pour éviter l’humidité. Il est parfait élément situé à proximité des points d’intérêts et du métro Sao bento. Rapidité de réponse de la part de la concierge a souligné. Vraiment aucun regret pour ce logement et même à retenir! Ça a rendu meilleur notre séjour!

Cons: Petit bémol sur le receveur de la douche qui semble petit et donc l’eau passe souvent au dessus. L’eau s’écoule mal. Il manque un rideau occultant sur la fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon. Les stores vénitiens ne couvre pas de la lumière. Mais cela ne gêne en rien l’utilisation de ce superbe logement.
