Localização, elevador e conforto!

Pros: Apto novo, reformado, muito bem localizado e com elevador! Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé (inclusive ir a Vila de Gaia). Todos os móveis e utensílios de qualidade! Recomendo! Nota 10!

Pros: L'emplacement, la déco et la facilité d'accès. La douche au jet puissant et la propreté impeccable du logement. Super cafetière à capsules. Il a plu lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier pleinement la terrasse joliment décorée.

Cons: Le confort du lit. Les oreillers ne me convenaient pas. On entend les voisins du dessus marcher, glisser les chaises au sol. Une seule porte-fenêtre implique l'usage de l'éclairage électrique même en journée.
