Great place to stay.
Pros: Pleasant, comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished flat. Great location just outside the city centre with good local facilities: bars, cafes, supermarket, restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owners.
Cons: Heating system not quite powerful enough for the winter weather.

Perfect setting for a vacation to Porto.
Pros: The room was absolutely beautiful, with everything you need including washing machine, iron board, hairdryer etc. It’s a building lovingly renovated and owned by incredibly nice owners Eliana and Jose who were on hand if we needed anything during our months stay. You walk outside directly on a beautiful park, with a shop 2 minute walk away. If you want to go into central Porto it’s a 10-15 minute walk down hill, so it’s absolutely perfect for a vacation in Porto.
Cons: Nothing apart from the Porto winter weather!

Very nice apartment with a balcony, conveniently located close to Porto city centre
Pros: Very nice apartment with a balcony overlooking the Praca Republica. The apartment's within walking distance of the city centre, although Porto's very hilly, so walking back from town could be a challenge if you've any issues with your joints or knees. Public transport options are excellent; there's a bus stop right outside the door, and a big metro station 5 minutes walk away. All in all, very satisfied with our accommodation.
Cons: Porto is a very hilly city, and the apartment is located at the top of a pretty steep incline from the city centre, so although the apartment is located close to the city centre, walking back to it from town can be a bit arduous. Having said that, there are plenty of public transport options, and taxis/Ubers are also pretty cheap.

We felt at home!
Pros: We stayed in two different apartments (at start and end of our holiday). We liked the apartment with access to the garden, as it was cool during the day and the night. However, the top floor apartment had a nice view and balcony. We enjoyed the fresh air in de hot evening. The apartments are nice and have a lot of space. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. There are two places to eat next door and there is a supermarket nearby. We enjoyed the neighborhood.
Cons: The mattresses could be more comfortable. The fans in the bedrooms in the top floor apartment made a lot of noise, but it has to say temperature was high at that time. The air conditioner in the front room worked well!

Great spot for our introduction to Porto.
Pros: The property was well located and immaculately clean. The host was marvellously attentive, replying to all queries timeously and checking whether we needed anything and that everything was good.

Great welcome. Nice & bright accommodation
Pros: Amazing welcome by Jose. He was really friendly and helpful and let us have a later checkout. Very accommodating. We had a call to check everything was ok during our stay too. Plenty of room, very spacious and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space for clothes and plenty of storage in bathroom. Nice and bright. And very peaceful. Slept like a log!

Pros: We loved the location, not far from centre of old Porto, across the road from a nice park, 202 bus stops right outside from Matosinhos and a metro station around the corner so it's ideal. The flat is lovely, nicely furnished and enough space for two. There is a cute balcony to sit out on and look over the pretty back gardens. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal and the bed is comfy. We met the owner who is friendly and helpful, and we would fully recommend it for a porto city stay. Of interest. You can walk along the river about 45/55 mins to Foz where there is the start of a lovely coastal board walk up to Matosinhos.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
