Good little apartment near town with accommodating host
Pros: We really liked the location on the property. The surroundings felt like an escape from the overly touristy parts but for us within a nice walking distance. We walked everywhere around the city. The owner of the property was very friendly. Made lots of recommendations and was more than accommodating to put requests. We liked the local touches in a little port and cosmetics left.
Cons: Overall how quiet it is depends on neighbours so if you are staying in here maybe to be aware of that and remember it is an apartment rather than a house. On our last night the neighbour was noisy. This is not something the owner can control but to be aware of quiet is necessary to you which it is for us. There is also a garage a couple of doors down. We were grateful we stayed Friday to Monday so did not here this until the morning (work day) where we could hear machine work and banging from our room. We would recommend to anyone the above is not an issue/major issues to.

Pros: The location was god and it was clean . All you need is available for your stay
Cons: My check in was not what I expected, was written in booking 15:00 but I arrived and was talk the room wil be ready at 16:30. That was bad

Porto 3 day vacation
Pros: Everything was clean, you have everything you need for a few days there. We got the room without the garden so if you stay more than just for sleeping it can be small, but for us it was enough. We thought that we will get the one with the balcony but we didn't.
Cons: Only think that was missing was a soap at the bathroom, you get small shower gel & shampoo but no soap so we had to buy one.

Pros: Quaint and basic, small and private. Only 10min walk down to Bolhão.
Cons: Facilities basic - needed a coffee machine and a hair dryer, and extra pillows.

Amazing! I highly recommend :)
Pros: The property is modern and clean. The shower is so nice and the bed is really comfy! Although he didn’t speak English, the host at the property used google translate to communicate all key information with us and even offered us recommendations for our stay in Porto. It’s in walking distance of the city centre and bars and restaurants. Upon arrival you get some port which is a lovely touch.
Cons: There was some minor building work happening just across the street (this can’t be helped and wasn’t too loud) but I would take some ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. Most of the time the street was very quiet and peaceful though

Nice owner, as well as location and good tips for restaurants and places to visit!
Pros: The room was new, big and comfortable! The owner was very nice and helpfull! He provided us with a city map, as well as pointing to us places to visit! And a good location of the property.
Cons: We were never able to watch TV, because there was no sound! The room was a little cold. there wasn't much light! The house was kind of difficult to find. Better directions on how to get there are in order!

Pros: The property looked fresh and clean, with hot water whenever I wanted it, the air-conditioning worked, there was a fridge and cooking facilities (which I didn’t use), sockets by the bed, the shower had fixed and flexible hose. I couldn’t fault it.
Cons: I did find the street very quiet when I came back at night, so I was a little nervous, but there was no real cause and being quiet meant it was easy to sleep! 2 Metro stations 10/15 minutes away, one uphill, one downhill! Marquês and Trinidade.
