The interior is stunning, and it really feels like a home in Porto.

Pros: The location is perfect, next to everything you want to visit when you come to Porto. The apartment was comfortable and staff were so helpful.

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom was quite inconsistent.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The location is perfect, next to everything you want to visit when you come to Porto. The apartment was clean and really comfortable. The Village had a gym that was nicely equiped.

Cons: Nothing to point out.

Pros: The property is beautifully decorated, and you will feel the hospitality immediately upon entering. The staff are friendly and eager to assist with any questions you may have.

Great stay, but get breakfast elsewhere!

Pros: The staff in this hotel were very friendly and very responsive. The hotel's location was close to the train station and a short walk to the main shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, and they always made sure you had water (still and sparkling). Other than that, it would have been even better with a mirror downstairs!

Cons: The breakfast at this hotel was very poor. For £18 per person, you receive a very limited menu, small portions, and, honestly, you would get a lot more value going somewhere else. Important to note the breakfast is in Simpli coffee, next to the hotel, and the staff experience was very inconsistent, sometimes pleasant but mostly unfriendly. You spend a lot of time asking for missing food, and apparently charge you to use take-away boxes.

A very comfortable and friendly stay in a good location.

Pros: The location is excellent, only 5 minutes from Trinidade Station and a 15 minute walk into the centre although there were lots of eating options nearby, would recommend Luffa just down the street from the apartment. The one bedroom suite was comfortable cleaned daily to a high standard and well equipped, lots of nice touches including the bottle of wine and nibbles on arrival.

Cons: Breakfast didn't start until 8.00 and we had an early check out at 7.30 but we did receive a full refund for the breakfast without any quibble.

Best stay in Porto!

Pros: We loved everything! The entire staff were so helpful, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and location was central. And the breakfast in the next door cafe was delicious ! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Pros: We lived the hotel, it was so nice and the welcome basket much appreciated. The coffee shop next door was perfect for coffee and deionising pastries and staff were lovely.

Cons: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I’m being picky!
