Pros: I liked the location! The room was very clean and comfortable

Cons: It didn’t have an elevator

Pros: Great accommodation in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the main transport hub of Trindade, Handy to shops and supermarket Room was spacious, kitchen was fully equipped, lovely new bathroom, comfortable debed Would stay again

Cons: A minor detail, but 2 kitchen stools would be handy. At the moment only one is provided which means the second person has to eat sitting on the bed

Overall the apartment had what we needed, was in a good location and quiet and was comfortable

Pros: Close to shops supermarket bars etc, comfortable beds, clean

Cons: Quite a few things that could have been attended to just make a lot of difference, either remove Stains from sofa and rugs or replace, minor damage to paintwork touched up, loose electric socket in a bedroom

Pros: the accommodation was clean, close to the old center, the famous market and the cathedral (approx. 10 min.) Upon arrival, we could not remove the key from the code box, but it was resolved immediately. Communication via whatsup. There is an excellent breakfast available all around, a supermarket and a square are also close by. The only downside was that the room smelled of cigarettes (maybe).but solved by ventilation.

Pros: Spacious apartment for 4 friends. Great location.

Cons: No welcome pack, as most rentals have, with information such as how to work appliances, recommendations for excursions and or restaurants etc. No lift and no outside area or balcony. My room had absolutely nowhere to hang clothes, there was a wardrobe but no hangers or rail present.

Good location in the centre of Trindade and close to the metro which was 5 minutes away.

Pros: Good location in the centre of Trindade and close to the metro which was 5 minutes away. It was easy to access most areas including walking down to the river and riviera. The apartment was modern and very clean. Communication with the host was excellent.

Cons: Very minor points, a few hangers in the wardrobe space would have been nice and some chairs would have been more comfortable rather than stools but as i said these were very minor points.

Excellent Location

Pros: The room is extremely well located, the flat was nice and fairly new, the kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: Bath towels could be a bit bigger, they were tiny for adults, there could also be a bit more light in the bathroom. The room was very hot when we arrived and there was no ac only a fan, the windows face south so it can get very hot, I would recommend keeping the ported windows closed during the day including when the room is cleaned so there's less heat coming in. It was noisy at night when large groups of students passed on the street but that didn't bother me too much as I was tired enough to sleep all night.

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment

Cons: The only way it could be better is with an aircon, but the fan was good enough

Pros: Good welcome from the staff. There is an entire apartment at disposition, with a fully equipped kitchen, good bed and bathroom.
