Located at 700 metres from the renowned Casa da Música and its metro station, Three Houses & Bedrooms is located in Boavista. These apartments and bedrooms are modernly decorated and are inserted in typical 19th century Porto buildings. All the air-conditioned apartments come with a comfortable living area, complete with a flat-screen TV. Pros: Very helpful and warm staff, going beyond and above to help guests. Also, regarding the arrangements not linked to the accommodation. The studio was nicely furnished and well-equipped. Lots of extra information (e.g. available TV channels) was waiting for us in the 'welcome' folder. Very good location and free parking. We will come back.

Pros: Entry code for the door was very practical as we were with a large group and sharing 1 or 2 keys is always a hassle.

Overall, a pleasant experience, with some room for improvement

Pros: My stay was rather good and the room was fairly comfortable. I liked the responsiveness of the host, the location, and the fact many useful things were provided (coffee and tea maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer). I also really appreciated the availability of lockers where one can leave luggage.

Cons: The bathroom facilities could be better. In particular, the toilet seat had yellow stains on it, it probably hasn't been replaced or deep cleaned in ages. The toilet brush was not super new or clean either. The air conditioner, although fully functional, is installed in a odd place - very low right opposite the bed. If you keep it on at night, it blows cold air directly at you, which can be unpleasant.

Cons: Construction going on outside the windows, which disturbs sleep in the morning.

Pros: We liked almost everything with the place. The information provided before and during the stay was excellent (not complicated to access he flats) The cleaning mid-week was a very pleasant surprise.

Cons: The only thing we missed, was a zink plug. Without a zink plug it was tricky to do the dishes.

Pros: When we arrived Matilde was already outside waiting for us. Whilst we were a little bit early, the room wasn't ready, which we didn't mind & Matilde recommended a lovely little cafe round the corner & that nicely marked the beginning of a wonderful 3 day stay in the wonderful city of Porto. Thank you Matilde & thank you to your colleague (sorry we didn't get her name) but you were both lovely, helpful & accommodating, even after we checked out & needed to leave our bags for collection later, we were given a secure code to recollect them later which was so helpful as we spent pretty much another full day exploring this lovely city without having to lumber our bags in the hot sun.Thank you again ladies for everything - WE'LL BE BACK!

Pros: A good option for the price. We walked to the city centre and took the bus. It was clean, wi-fi worked well. There were a kettle and a coffee machine.
