Pros: Excellent location of the object. Centre, metro, shops, cafes - everything is in absolute accessibility. Communication with the management office is instant. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that caused difficulties - to find a room, could write on the room its number or name. But it is not a problem. Definitely recommend for accommodation in Porto.

First time in Porto : a very nice experience

Pros: The studio is at ground level, on the rear of the building. It is large and well designed, with a wide and confortable bed and an extra couch, a kitchen and eating space, a bathroom, a small hall. Soft blue calming colors everywhere. Everything tidy and clean, with welcome coffe/tea pads and cookies. The place is very quite and calm. Two large windows bring light inside but unfortunately the back walls of other building are near (but our aim was not to look at those walls anyway). The codes instead of keys are very convenient when the two of us were going their own way during the day. There are several cafés and restaurants serving brunches, 200m down the street, on the first left hand corner/street. The old city is about 1.5km downstreet. Coming back home is a bit hard since, as most streets in Porto, this one is quite steep. This makes the city impassable for people with disabilities (except on the riverside).

Cons: We arrived slightly earlier and we hadn't got the codes to access the studio. We tried to call the number mentioned on the reservation several times but we were put on hold without getting an answer, and my friend began to worry. It appeared that the studio is managed by a company who owns several flats in Porto and elsewhere. We then send a message through the Booking messaging function and got an immediate answer : the cleaning lady was still busy. We got the codes a few minutes later.

Very poor communication, not working AC, but nice and cosy flat in good location

Pros: Clean, nice, well-equipped flat in good location. The bed was fine.

Cons: Very poor communication with the owner, they do not respond to any messages and it was very difficult to call them. The AC did not work, we asked for help, but we did not have any, so we had to open the window all day and night, but there were mosquitoes and it was noisy.

A relaxing place to stay

Pros: This was a great place to stay. awesome shower and kitchen. handy to the city centre

Excellent séjour

Pros: Appartement confortable et propre, idéalement placé, pour accéder aux 2 zones vivantes de Porto. Des restaurants, bars et brunchs sont dans la rue pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop marcher, un magasin est également situé à moins de 5 minutes.

Cons: Les bruits de pas par moment venant des voisins du dessus.

Pros: Apartamento excelente, muito bem decorado e com uma boa localização. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma excelente estadia. Ainda tivemos um brinde. Adoramos!

Pros: Appartement très confortable Merci pour l'accueil, une bouteille de vin et gâteaux étaient sur la table à notre arrivée. Très satisfait, nous recommandons.

Pros: Il self check in é stato semplice e l'uso di combinazioni mi ha evitato di stare a pensare alle chiavi. La posizione del monolocale è ottima, vicinissima ad una delle principali fermate della metro e vicina alle zone di interesse turistico. Letto comodo, doccia ampia. Staff disponibile e ho apprezzato la possibilità della custodia gratuita del bagaglio al check out.

Cons: Dalla stanza non c'è nessuna vista in quanto le 2 ampie finestre danno su un piccolo cortile interno ma in casa ci sono stata talmente poco che alla fine non è stato un problema. Dotazione utensili cucina soddisfacente ma aggiungerei un paio di forbici. Non c'era nulla per spazzare il pavimento.
