Pros: The apartment is perfectly positioned to visit the city on foot. It is located a few minutes walk from the central train station, the city center, shops and all tourist attractions. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

Great location, and heaps of space

Pros: Fantastic location even with the major roadworks going on. Only 2 minute walk from Sao bento station. We could get to loads of things by walking easily. Heaps of space in the apartment

Cons: It’s not really a dislike it’s more of a comment. The lighting is very low within the apartment.

Pros: The location was perfect and the flat is spacious.

Cons: Some things need to be fixed (pressure in the shower, maybe more lights, and the balcony and tv remote need new batteries)

The best apartment we've ever stayed in.

Pros: This was probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in abroad. It was massive, very modern inside with tall windows reaching the ceiling and with all the necessary facilities. It was so nice that we cooked and enjoyed dinner inside most nights! The location could not have been more central. Just one minute walk from the Clerigos tower.

Cons: If I had to mention something I'd say that the only downside (though rather minor) was the shower door which let some water leak out. This is something that can easily be fixed. Adding some shelving for personal items in the shower would also be helpful.

Great accommodation

Pros: Great location, comfy, nice balcony. Self check in was seamless

Cons: The bathroom shower leaks water and the bathroom becomes a mini pool

Spacious but somewhat disappointed

Pros: Fantastic central location, spacious and modern apartment. Easy wlk to Sao Bento, Time Out Market, walking bridge, etc.

Cons: The apartment is lacking TLC. The shower has some installations for soap which aren't used and are a hazard for getting scratched or hurt. The ceiling above the shower has water damage and the shower door has a moldy seal. Furthermore, on the balcony we found a broken chair, dried/wilted flowers/plants and the straw ceiling hanging down. Really could do with some love! The living room window has a gap/was open, and I was not able to close it. Some kitchen drawers were broken. The elevator light was broken (pitch black) for the entire 3 nights but the property manager was already aware and in process of getting it repaired.

Pros: Position, position, position... The staff that solves all problems, even if they were caused by your mistake, like a locked door with a key in the lock. They didn't charge me even though they had to call a locksmith (they're not greedy).

Cons: The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping.
