Beautiful apartment in the best location!

Pros: Beautiful apartment, clean, well-equipped with everything, and in a super central location. Everything in Porto is closed to this apartment! The team was super helpful at arrival, and each time we needed something - very quick responses and perfect service. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I'm back!

Cons: Accommodation is perfect. It's worth mentioning that Porto is full of steep roads, and this one is on a narrow, very steep one. Not a problem for us at all (we enjoyed the exercise!), but could be very challenging for people less mobile or injured.

Beautiful apartment in Porto.

Pros: Excellent location, near the river and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Loved the lift after all the hills in Porto. Great amenities.

Cons: Only one fault, noise from above, can hear every foot step but otherwise superb! Defo recommend staying there.

Pros: Clean apartment in a nice building with elevator. Good and not noisy location. Communication with staff was good and friendly.

Exceptional stay at Porto.

Pros: Location- 5 minutes walk to Ribbiera - 10 minutes to Dom Luis Bridge- 15 minutes walk Sao Bento Statio, Imperial McDonald's and Livraria Lello book shop. 4 mintues walk to StcFrancis Church, 5 minutes walk to Bolhas Palace. Uber/Bolt available 24 hours. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Excellent apartment. Clean and tidy. Well kept and very secured. Fantastic bath/rest room, good sized bed room. Easy check-in and check out.Very friendly staff at the office. Great communication.

Cons: We couldn't turn on the ceramic cooker that needs attention from the staff. TV picture quality is poor.

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful apartment, friendly helpful staff who used whatsap to communicate.

Cons: Getting keys a little complicated (you have to go to a different location) in a city you don't know especially if you are dealing with parking and/or luggage.

Best view of Douro!

Pros: Great location. Great view. Comfortable and cosy at the same time. 5 min walk from the Douro river. Can have your book, wine and have a good break at your apartment. You can even preapare a dish at your apartment. Easy to comminucate with the property. No problem while checking in and out.

Cons: A little uphill, can be hard for elderly. No reception, probably no way to leave your luggage. So we plan our trip according to that. Soap dispenser at the shower was not working.
