Great apartment, stressful check-in!

Pros: The apartment itself was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and in a great central location. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily stressful. Despite contacting the manager the day before and again before arrival, he refused to share the access details until just after the official check-in time and was quite defensive on the phone. This caused uncertainty and a poor start to the stay. Clearer information in the listing about the check-in procedure would really help. Once inside, though, everything about the accommodation and location was great.

Amazing place!

Pros: Great place, clean, with nice terrace. You are in the heart of the city but there is no noise! A real treasure nowadays!

Nice flat in the heart of Porto

Pros: Very spacious and finely restructured apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bedroom and comfy living. Quick communication with the horst.

The prettiest apartment on the perfect street to explore everywhere.

Pros: The host was excellent who facilitated a late check in due to our flight delay. He gave us lots of tips on where to eat locally and the nicest beaches around. He told us where to eat and to get a discount with his name- which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed. Location was amazing- Right smack in the middle of a busy street but so central to the metro and the market and the famous bridge. The apartment is truly stunning inside- great air conditioning and powerful shower.

Cons: Nothing- Everything was truly amazing

Pros: Perfect location. Although you are in the centre of the city you cannot hear any noise when in the apartment. Very tidy and clean. We will go back!

Great location

Pros: Perfect location for exploring Porto. It was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet since it is so central. The outdoor space was great. As a solo traveller I felt perfectly safe.

Pros: Its location is fantastic, close to great shopping, great market, easy access to all sights. Characteristic street, can not fault this place, we loved staying here and our host was wonderful, so accomodating and kind.

Central and comfortable apartment

Cons: Street a little noisy at night….tho not so bad if windows closed. Unfortunately bath plug was faulty so unable to use bath. However Francis v helpful and by 3rd night we had new plug. Bedding for sofa bed wasn’t provided and cost 20 euro extra.

Pros: Location perfect, apartment perfect, Francis, our host, went above and beyond even tho we arrived late. Couldn't have been better. Did I mention Francis was great??
