Good apartment, met our needs for a great trip to Porto.
Pros: Very lovely apartment with a good lounge space, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a very good shower and nice kitchen space. We were a group of 4 women and it suited us really well. We found it easy enough to find and to walk downhill or west to the key tourist areas, there is a supermarket close by and several metro options. There were toiletries, towels, tea/coffee, sugar etc, although a lot more sugar than teabags! The staff were quick to respond to an issue we had with electrics.
Cons: The hallway is very musty/mouldy smelling, but you could get a lift if needed to cut time down. We had some issues with some electrics not working on arrival (fridge/freezer, some sockets and lights in the lounge area), and it wasn't solved by them giving sound advice to fix it, we had to wait for someone to come. Just FYI for those staying in future, just flick each trip switch down then up again (not just the general one, as we were advised). The pillows are too puffy and I found the covers too warm (perhaps cotton mixed with polyester?), but the mattresses were comfortable. The road outside is VERY busy, lots of fumes and road noise, but you don't hear it once the windows are closed. Don't let these comments put you off, it is a very good apartment with good facilities and a decent location at good value.

Family of 4
Pros: The apartment was extremely clean. The appliances like the fridge and washing machine were modern, clean and well maintained. There was a lovely decent shower. And a dining table plenty big enough for four.
Cons: The apartment was good, but a few very simple additions would elevate it to great. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and a large mirror in the double room along with a bit more storage would be good.

Pros: It was comfortable and had everything you need. Easy to gain access. We used to have an uber back in the evenings for about 5 euros
Cons: The wet room was OK but when 4 people shower one after the other, the floor did get really wet and was a little slippery. A drying mat would have helped

Pros: We liked this apartment very much, it's comfortable, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living room is nice and cosy. The house is quiet, there were no AS, but fans were in every room, so it's OK. 5-7 minutes walk from the metro, and 2-3 from good grocery store. So, we liked it really.

Pros: The apartment and staff exceeded our expectation. You have everything there that you need and more. Excelente for both short or long stays. My family loved it.
Cons: I think that it should be an alternative for late arrival and instead of paying a €20 fee, we could get the keys from a key lock box for example.

Pros: There are groceries close to the apartment and places to have coffee and pastéis de nata. Metro station is also near the apartment and you can leave your car in the parking lot Parque da Constituçao (for a full-day ticket you need to ask the controller upon arrival)
Cons: Some noises from the upper apartment.

Excellent well-equipped apartment
Pros: Excellent well-equipped flat within 20 minutes from Porto city center with everything you need, even dish-washing machine. Great communication with the host using WhatsApp group chat, always there to help if you have any questions.
