We recommend this apartment.

Pros: The apartment is clean and well equipped. There was for example a toaster, a lot of dishes, a little dishwasher, a coffee machine, an air conditioning, or a hairdryer. The bed was very comfy and the couch was comfy for sleeping too. The apartment is well situated. Just a few minutes to metro station or a grocery shop. The keys were in the safety deposit box. The advantage of the apartment is outdoor roller blinds. The communication with owner via WhatsApp was quick and he was helpful to us.

Cons: There could be a one more toilet paper. We did not expect one big duvet, but it was not a problem, we were just surprised with that. The bathroom is quite small, but it was OK.

Pros: The flat was in great condition and the location was amazing- very close to supermarkets and a short walk into the city centre. Filipe was a perfect host.

SP 199 flat

Pros: The apartment is big, modern, new, clean, and has all the utilities. It also has a small balcony which was just lovely. WiFi connection was excellent. We were also very satisfied with the self check in. The communication was fast and the host was easy going. The location of the apartment is excellent. The building is a minute away from the supermarket. Bus station and metro is 2 minutes away. The centre of Porto is within walking distance (10-15 min). It was great that we could walk to every location since we were with our children. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The city is very clean, nicely connected with public transport (I had a direct line to the university). I would definitely recommend this host and this apartment.

Very nice flat in a convenient location

Pros: The flat is very nice, spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a short stay in Porto. Very convenient location a block away from the metro and bus stops and right by a big supermercado. It's also in a cool neighborhood on the edge of the city centre so a little quieter but plenty of nearby cafes, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the main tourist areas, for instance the rad Bolhao market is 15 minutes at a leisurely pace, and Ribeira 25-30. Well kitted out with a good range of kitchen stuff. Decent shower. There was good communication from the owner and questions/issues answered promptly. Overall very happy with our stay, it was the perfect choice.
