Excelente location for this apartment with absolutely no human contact whatsoever. Key pad to get in.

Pros: Great location! Easy access, good value for price! Nice big room and bathroom.

Cons: Strange artwork on the walls. Bugs and cigarette packs. Why would you put bug photos on the walls in a hotel room? The two things all hotels try to avoid at all costs (smoking and bugs) and they put giant ‘art’/pictures of them both on the walls inside the room. Other than that, it was fine for us. There was zero human interaction between the hotel and us. Checking in/out seemed like we were texting with a bot. It would have been good to realize this before we booked a property like this. Good thing we had no issues.

Pros: Very high quality and comfortable property. Very central.

Cons: As the property is so central and surrounded by bars we could hear lots of people singing and partying until 5am. Kept us awake. Had to sleep with the windows and doors closed. Used the air con.

Pros: Very close to main attractions, large spacious room with a great view of the city skyline.

Perfect place to explore Porto!

Pros: Perfect location, modern facilities and great views. Communication with the host was brilliant, they were fast and responsive.

Cons: A little noisy outside at night but nothing that disturbed us too much!

Pros: Clean modern apartment in great location, close to bars restaurants and all main attractions.

Lovely stay in central Porto!

Pros: Room has a very good design and function, we love the bath area. Nice view from our windows and it was quiet than we expected.

Cons: There was a very bad smell at the entrance door.

Great place in central porto

Pros: Great central location, very nice modern room in old renovated building. Beds super comfortable and Raquel and Nuno from the Upperground support team were understanding and helpful.

Cons: Lift didn't work and the room was on the third floor. No wardrobe, not a single drawer in the room. Otherwise, i would have given five stars.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

Pros: Brilliant location and very good apartment with 2 storey setup up bedroom upstairs from living area. Balcony with great view and very good modern bathrooms.

Cons: No wardrobe or rack to hang clothes on when we arrived. This was remedied after 24 hours with a free standing clothes rack and hangers. Unfortunately the lift broke down after we had arrived and was unable to be used for the rest of our stay. The glass balustrades on the staircase were loose and missing some fixing bolts. We notified the managing company that this needed attention.

Staying at Fabrica 55 add a great deal of pleasure to a wonderful trip to Porto.

Pros: The apartment was perfect for two of us and very pretty. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great pressure. It was wonderful to have a lift so we didn't have to carry our suitcases up to the third floor. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to any location in Porto that we wanted to visit. I would recommend this apartment/building to any friend or relative visiting Porto. We could not have been more pleased.

Cons: It would be nice to have a small dish drainer so there was a place to put dishes once they are washed. We would have liked to be able to open a window, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to our happiness with apartment.
