Pros: Good location. Helena was friendly and understanding about our check-in time due to our flight delay. She also responds promptly to WhatsApp messages.

Cons: I found the apartment a bit dark overall, despite all the light fixtures. Especially the bathroom, could be a bit brighter.

Spacious apartment with a lot of light.

Pros: It was a spacious apartment with a lot of light. Nice bedroom with a big bed and the sofa also was quite comfortable to sleep on. There were shower products provided and all the bedding and towels included in the price. Many blankets were available if we felt cold in the night. Also there is a nice dining table where all four of us could fit comfortably.

Cons: We wanted to cook in the apartment and we found that the pans were quite scratched, so the food got stuck easily. There is land under construction in front of the building so in the morning on work days you can hear a little bit of the noise from it. The bathroom door made a lot of noise when closing it or opening so when someone went in there at night, the people sleeping on the sofa heard it clearly every time.

Pros: Great location, comfortable, a good sized bathroom and a warm welcome.

Cons: As a couple who like to cook, we would have liked more kitchen utensils but it was adequate if you just wish to prepare a simple meal.

Muito serena e relaxante, tudo o que precisava para o exame médico a realizar no dia seguinte

Pros: De tudo, sobretudo do empenho da Senhora Helena, ainda aquando da reserva, diligenciou atender um pedido excepcional, mantendo-me sempre informado, e dando-me sempre resposta às minhas questões. E da cordialidade no acto de entrega das chaves, referindo que não hesitasse em dispor .... Digno de registo!

Fuimos a oporto

Pros: Todo estaba preparado para nuestra llegado. Tiene de todo y Helena es un amor. Esta al lado del metro a unos 5 min o menos. Si vais en fin de semana se aparca genial y es gratis. Entre semana si que se paga pero si que hay sitios al rededor. Hemos ido 4 personas y hemos estado super cómodas. El sofá cama comodísimo.

Cons: A nosotras nos gusta cocinar para ahorrar un poco y nos falta un poco de cositas básicas de utillaje pero por lo demás genial.
