Great stay in Porto city center.

Pros: We had a great time in Porto, in big part thanks to this great room. It was very clean and spacious, ideally situated in the center of Porto. The room was equipped with anything you might need. Nicely decorated and comfortable place, including a separate bedroom and kitchen-living room as well as a spacious bathroom. I would recommend this!

Pros: Very beautiful and clean apartment with a stunning view ❤️ Helpful hosts avaliable at all times. Great experience I would fully recommend.

Cons: WiFi wasn't working very well and you could hear sounds from the street very clearly but it wasn't a busy area so not a big problem for us.

Great stay for the weekend

Pros: The apartment is cozy, warm and clean. I was glad that there was no mold, even though it was a very humid rainy season. Great location to see all the tourists attractions! The YOUROPO team is very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Around midnight, electricity in our apartment turned off because too many appliances were plugged in. Luckily, the manager was online and repairer came and fixed everything within half an hour. Disposable slippers would also be helpful, as the tiled floors in the bathroom and on the first floor are cold. Also the internet connection was weak, but for us it was fine, because we didn't really need it.

Amazing stay

Pros: Loved everything about it. Location was perfect and it was an easy walk to local attractions. I loved being able to look out onto Rua de Taipas. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Porto.

Nice stay for family!

Pros: Good location, walking distance to main tourist area and restaurants. Spacious, good for family stay with children. Staff is friendly. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: The toilet/bath set up is a bit weird, it’s easy to be very wet and towel hanger is very high up. Once floor gets wet, the floor gets dirty easily.

We would definitely recommend & want to revisit again

Cons: No one told me it was up/down the hill (very steep), very remote as well. For someone solo, if you are not brave , dont pick this. Plus i have very heavy suitcase, it was very hard for me to push from reception till another place. It actually cause my old knee injury to act up again, so i dont think is good for old people or injured.

Excellent location, lovely apartment

Pros: Great location. We were number one so basically ground floor - maybe 6 steps? Great size and excellent reception staff

Cons: I would've liked a double bed to be standard because I forgot to request it. I also think the bath towels could be bath sheets. Because we were a party of six across three apartments with only three chairs around the kitchen table it was difficult to meet up and have coffee with each other.

Pros: Outstanding customer service, particularly from Ligia, who was wonderful. Communication beforehand with all the instructions was comprehensive and clear, really excellent. The location is fantastic. Everything on your doorstep but a quieter street so you aren't disturbed by street noise at night. It was great to have the lockers in reception where we could leave our bags on our final day so we could potter round the city without our luggage and then pop back to pick it up before we headed to the airport. The apartment is a bit tired looking - bathroom door and units damaged from steam, furniture quite worn. But it was spotlessly clean and was perfect for our 3 night stay.

Cons: Beware of the air conditioning units. We were in apartment 3 and the unit in the bedroom made an intermittent noise, a bit like a ship's horn (!) all night. It meant we had a night without sleep. Even when we turned it off the noise carried on for over an hour. In the day time you probably won't think much of it, but at night it was like an alarm constantly going off. Apparently it's to do with part of the mechanism being on the inside of the building, rather than on the outside where it would ideally be located. So I don't think it affects all the apartments, but is worth mentioning because it impacted our first night. In the end we kept it switched off as a warm room was preferable to a noisy one.
