Pros: Ground floor . Cleanliness ..size of apartment … kitchen .. location .. garage . Excellent Sound proof windows . Accessibility .. 24 available staff and office to answer queries and hand keys for check in .
Cons: No mirror in room living room .. no hand wash soap in bathroom. And bathroom. Just 1 kitchen paper towel roll.. no extra electric points to charge phones on bedside . .

Lovely! I would definitely use this apartment again if I go back to Porto.
Pros: Very modern and small apartment. Perfect for a weekend getaway. You have all the necessary kitchen utensils to be able to self cater. The living room is spacious enough and equipped with a modern TV which is very rare nowadays.
Cons: Nothing really. The only down side for some people might be the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor so you can’t really have the shutters open coming towards the end of the afternoon otherwise people can see inside. We were only there for 3 days so it was manageable and we were out during the day. It is by a main road I would say but we didn’t find it noisy at all but perhaps it was just a quiet season.

Great apartment in a nice location
Pros: Nice and charming apartment located near public transportation as well as on walking distance from most of the interesting places in town. In the apartment there is everything you might need (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, laundry machine, etc.) + dedicated free parking space for your car.
Cons: It is located on the ground floor so using the windows is more or less impossible as all the people on the sidewalk are basically at your livingroom.

Pros: Todo en general, a pesar de ser pequeño es un apartamento completísimo, incluso con lavavajillas y lavadora-secadora. También tiene aire acondicionado/calefacción. He visto comentarios quejándose por ser un bajo, pero yo no le veo el problema, puedes abrir las ventajas igual y pasar la cortina... Además cerradas no se escucha nada de fuera, así que perfecto.
Cons: Solo había una cucharilla del café, estaría bien que las repusieran, porque de los demás cubiertos habia 4 de cada. Y también el edredón no llegaba a la almohada, quedaba a la altura del pecho al taparse, no sé si allí es costumbre así o que...

Perfecto! Centrico! Tranquilo! Recomendable sin dudar!
Pros: Se han superado, seguramente sea donde intentare quedarme siempre que vaya, el apartamento tenia de todo lo que uno puede tener en casa, y luego muy detallistas, capsulas de cafe, un paquetito para cocinar con cositas como aceite, sal o pimienta, vajilla, utiles de cocina, paraguas, maquina de cafe, maquina de hervir agua, la lavadora tiene tb secadora incorporada, pero hay tb tendedero, para entrar a vivir si hiciera falta. Otra cosa que me ha gustado mucho, aun no teniendo hijos, es que donde el parking ( privado del edificio) hay tb un pequeño jardin y un parquecito para los peques jugar. Hay supermercados a unos metros, restaurantes, una churrasqueria, un parque enorme en frente tb. Zona tranquila, y no escuchas nada de ruido.No se que mas decir, una maravilla de sitio al que volvere seguro!!! ( A menos que ya este todo ocupado).1000% recomendable!!!

Bom apartamento, prédio bonito, bem mantido e confortável.
Pros: Apartamento bonito, cama confortável, limpeza bem feita, AC, parqueamento incluído no valor, bem decorado e equipado.
Cons: Poderia ter havido um pouco mais de coordenação na entrega das chaves, mas foram compreensivos e atenderam ao nosso pedido feito online. Poderíamos apenas ter acesso ao telemóvel direto da pessoa que foi entregar a chave, seria mais fácil entrar em contacto e combinar diretamente.
