Highly recommended for value for money, location & facilities.!

Pros: Excellent location proximate to transport hubs, and tourist spots, the property was clean, spacious and had modern conveniences. My 2nd visit in Porto was made even more enjoyable & convenient thanks to this gem in tge heart of the city. Highly recommend for value for money , location, facilities and responsiveness of the host!

Cons: It can be a bit noisy on weekends because of the bars nearby but I wasn’t bothered or annoyed at all as it was all part of that Porto experience.

Fab stay

Pros: Really spacious, super clean and super modern with some great personal touches. Everything you needed for a great stay was there. Fantastic, central location. Communication with the hosts was really good. Easy booking / checking in instructions. I'll definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to family, friends & work colleagues

Pros: There is little not to like about the property! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Lots of storage, a decent size dining table, kitchenette with fridge and cooker is really handy if you want to eat in and a sofa to relax, so you never feel crammed like you are on top of each other. The building felt secure. There are security codes to get into the main building and your room. There’s also CCTV. The lift is handy for anyone who has heavy bags or save your knees from going up the stairs. It’s in a great location in Porto, but nothing is really too far away. The hosts were really good at messaging and informative. They also accommodated our concerns regarding later check out times which is really appreciated when you are travelling around.

Cons: Although we thought the general level of cleanliness was very good, the bathroom is starting to look a little tired with seals starting to brown and towel rail showing some rust. This didn’t bother us too much, but just an observation which might put others off. One thing which was a little off putting was the smell of the drains we think, stagnant water maybe, so nothing that can’t be sorted with drain cleaner. Just to reiterate this was a minor thing, just enough to be noticed. Some people have mentioned the noise at night and bins being emptied. I hardly noticed, but when I did I was half asleep and went straight back to sleep no problem. It’s where it is, use earplugs.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location

Pros: Spacious and comfortable in an excellent location within walking distance of all the sights in Porto and close to the metro and railway station for trips further afield

Cons: It was very noisy outside on Friday and Saturday nights. It didn’t bother us too much but guests need to be aware.

Excellent stay in a great location.

Pros: We had an excellent stay here, the room was clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple. We really appreciated the coffee and biscuits as well as the toiletries provided and particularly impressed that they gave us a bottle of wine. It is in a good central location, easy to find and get to. Also, we left something behind which the owner told us about when they went to clean, luckily we were still in the city and able to pick it up which we are very grateful for.

Cons: A little noisy in the street outside at night, it's close to a couple bars, and in the early morning as the city starts to wake up. If you're a light sleeper you may want to pack some ear plugs.

Pros: The apartment was so much bigger than I had imagined. The bed is great, the location is great and Alex and Andre were super responsive and helpful 😀

Cons: Nothing really. I guess when the neighbors cook you can smell it.

Conveniently located and comfortable apartment

Pros: Very clean and well presented apartment. Very conveniently located to bus and metro. Although very convenient for bars and restaurants the apartment was quite. Good bathroom and shower. Air conditioning was very welcome during the warm nights. Nice touch with welcoming bottle of wine. Staff very responsive to queries and allowed us to store luggage after check out.

Cons: Not suitable for those with mobility issues as large step to enter apartment block and 5 steps to lift. An extra pillow would be nice.

Everyting was absolutely fine and I would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone I know.

Pros: The location was excellent and within walking distance to a area with plenty of restaurants and bars which were all reasonably priced. The apartment was lovely and clean and met all our requirements.

Cons: The only thing I can think of us the early morning bin collections but I realize there is nothing that the apartment owners can do about this so you just live with it

Wonderful

Pros: Perfect location, super secured and easy autonomous check in. The pictures are really truthful to the reality of this accommodation. They even offered a great bottle of wine. It was amazing.

Cons: Nothing to complain about!
