Seventyset Flats - Porto Historical Center

Pros: Everything was perfect! Location with an amazing view! Located 10/15 minutes walk from anywhere we needed :)

Short stay in the historic Porto

Pros: It is indeed in the historic center of Porto. Newly reconstructed and modern. Clean and tidy.

Cons: I insisted on having everything on the same level as the photo shows, yet the bed was elevated from the basic level of the floor. Also there are no hooks/hangers to hang the wet towels on in the bathroom.

Great apartment in a great location in a great city.

Pros: Great apartment in a great location. Nice use of space with quirky mezzanine bed space. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Cons: Stairs to outside terrace need repaired.

Guests need to feel safe.

Pros: Proximity to eateries and walking distance to tour pick-ups.

Cons: Tiny ensuite (approx 1.5m x 2m) instead of bathroom. Towels were basic size - guests need a little luxury - bath sheets are much more luxurious. No lift to accomodation. If you can’t lift your suitcase or aren’t great with mobility - this is not for you. Loft bedroom is dangerous - not providing handrail for support when needing to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Light for stairwell not working on descending - not safe - needed to use phone light as a substitute. Latch on bathroom door none-existent. If these things are lacking - surely there needs to be a reduction in the daily rate???? Sad to think that “near enough is good enough”. When guests are paying big dollars for accomodation they need some creature comforts such as larger towels and feel safe in the environment. We were somewhat miffed by this experience.

Pros: Seventyset flats are perfect for a short stay in Porto. The apartments are well equipped and offer the chance to prepare your own meals as well as provide space to relax after a busy day sight-seeing. The location by the river is perfect and all the sights are walkable. I would recommend these apartments to any couples looking to visit Porto!

Cons: Our apartment was at the back so not a great view compared to the ones at the front overlooking the river

A lovely spot!

Pros: Great location with an easy check-in code. Comfortable bed and a lovely terrace for the morning coffee!

Cons: As noted in previous reviews, the terrace appears somewhat neglected. Some areas of the decking feel weak and potentially unsafe.

Even though I got injured, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at my location.

Pros: The view of the river was definitely the biggest bonus. Calm, quiet, cooling down with the window open in the evening, the perfect spot for reading. The apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped. And Julia, my host, was more than gracious after I took a fall and was immobilized. She made sure I received the necessary medications from a nearby pharmacy, delivered directly to my door!

Cons: The steps going to the mezzanine are very high and tricky to navigate. A stair railing would be beneficial.

Pros: The flat is located in the historical centre, with a nice view of the river, near many restaurants. The apartment is stylish and comfortable, good bed sheets and towels.

Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

Pros: The locations was unbelievable! Right by the riverside with an unreal view of the Duoro River. It was beside the centre of the city and near everything!

Cons: Nothing, it was superb!
