Old but Well appointed apartment in a great location benefiting from outside space and an amazing view

Pros: Great location with a wonderful view over the Duoro towards the wine caves of Gaia. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen with basic supplies a nice touch. Thank you

Cons: It’s quite dark in the downstairs bedroom and smells slightly damp. The bathrooms and outside space are perfectly adequate but could be so much better with a little effort ie. New or renovated furniture, pruning of the lemon tree and repairing the astroturf.

Great Porto base

Pros: Unbelievable deck overlooking river and other side of Porto Walking distance to many local areas and great bars and view points

Cons: Sheets and towels were quite worn out 2 beds included were fold out sofas

Pros: The location is excellent. The view from the terrace is worth a million. A lemon tree with lemons as a bonus. Oh, and personal security - a seagull! Watched everything.

Flat with a fantastic view

Pros: Very big terrace/outdoor area with a fantastic view of the river and Gaia (and with a lemon tree) - it was a pleasure sitting there and relaxing in the mornings and evenings. 3 bedrooms, which was what we needed. One nice one with a double bed and a toilet en-suite. The other 2 were not as nice but I can't complain about that because I knew that when booking and accepted it. Plenty of hot water in the shower for us. I think it had enough kitchen utensils; we only used the coffee maker and the waterboiler. Plenty of towels and toiletpaper. Clean. Very good central location. Very good value for money. Easy self check-in/check-out.

Cons: I didn't find the bed in the bedroom facing the street very comfortable and there was some noise from passing cars (because of the cobblestones). It would also have been nice with some shelves or a chest of drawers in that room. It did have a cupboard for hanging clothes, though. The smallest bedroom of course didn't have place for furniture. In general the flat seemed a little bit 'tired\
