Pros: The host is very friendly and able to answer any questions we had! Everything was very easy and stress-free and the apartment is in a great location - right next to the metro and a short walk away from the centre.

Cons: There isn't really anything that could've been better! Any problems or confusion we had Ana was able to help with.

Perfect apartment location. Cosy apartment. Lovely host. All together the perfect stay.

Pros: The apartment location was just the perfect walking distance to everything especially the metro station. The apartment had everything one needs for their stay and it was all clean and ready when we arrived. Ana was the perfect host. She was so warm and welcoming and was already in the apartment waiting for us when we arrived. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I would 100% recommend this apartment. Thanks again Ana for everything. You made our amazing trip even more lovely with your welcoming attitude. Hope to see you again soon😊

Pros: Good value for money, location was fantastic. Good facilities at the apartment.

Cons: The use of the lift and the balcony with small children didn't feel safe. But no problem with older kids and adults.

Pros: Had a lovely stay at Trindade apartments! The apartment was perfect and the location was amazing! Just a short walk could get us to the river, the markets, anywhere we need to go. Ana was very friendly and helpful when organising the key handover. Thanks so much for having us!

It was really nice and everything worked well. Looks like the photos and is what I expected. The owner is really nice.

Pros: it’s nice location and a metro station is really close and almost all buses and trains go there. The staff was really nice and the owner was really helpful and nice, it was really easy to contact her.

Cons: Not exactly the property but you have to close the gate in the elevator so it works and some people forget to do that and then the elevator doesn’t go anywhere. But there are 2 elevators so always one of them was working. (they are bit old and sound is weird but they work)

Pros: Nous avons apprécié : - l'emplacement de l'appartement, avec la possibilité de nombreuses visites à pied mais également la proximité du métro Trindade et ses diverses destinations y compris l'aéroport en ligne directe, -le confort de la literie.

Cons: L'équipement de base dans la cuisine pourrait être présent, il n'y avait ni huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, sucre, café et thé pour débuter le séjour, produits que nous avons laissés en partant. L'avenue où se situe l'appartement est très roulante et malgré le 7eme étage, le bruit ne permet pas l'ouverture des fenêtres...
