Porto Bello - Apartamento -1

Daniela was a good communicator when we needed something.

Pros: Easy access to room and secure. Loved the fact it had a washing machine and a deck with city views, I just didn’t find them until the day I left

Cons: Only enough crockery and cutlery for two for one meal. No condiments provided or shampoo which is something you can’t travel with.

2 nights in Porto

Pros: Very clean & secure. Great shower. Left suitcase inside in hall in am which was great. We are returning for one night at the end of our holiday

Pros: It is a nicely, yet not wisely renovated charming house near to Bolhao metro station in downtown. You can easily reach and enjoy all the beautiful sights of Porto. The apartment is truly nice with decorative furnishings and comfortable, yet mold comes out in many places - unfortunately water insulation is quite a challenge all over Portugal. The bed is comfortable yet not too big, and we found that the bed linen was small for 2 people. The only real disturbance is the noise of the uphill street where the cars roar their engines even during the night, so good earplugs are a must. (Probably also in every place in Porto)

Ben's porto stay

Pros: Apartment was clean the staff very helpful and informative check in was such a breeze. The apartment was spotlessly clean WiFi works well . Now when I made the booking it read that you had your own private balcony area which is not the case it's a communal one which is fine but slightly misleading. The facilities in the apartment are basic and you have the bare minimum so 1 knife each, fork,spoon cup etc . Plenty of towels didn't know where the washing machine facilities where. Bed was comfy. Its not in the centre of the action and you will walk up alot of hills to get to it and in the heat it's a killer even public transport wasn't stopping directly near by so just bare in mind. Overall . My final thing that was

Cons: Ground floor apartment very noisy from people staying above it sounded like a stampeed of elephants going up and down the stairs banging and dropping things all hours of the night.

Pros: Our stay in Porto was wonderful. Daniela was incredibly helpful and kind. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Apartment 1 is just like in the photograph. Daniella was extremely helpful and efficient. The room was clean. The furniture was ideal. It had plenty of wardrobe space, drawers, hooks on a stand, etc

Cons: The room is not sound proof so the constant noise from cars keep you awake at night even if you wear ear plugs. The left luggage facility is on the third floor with no lift. Having to drag a 20 kg suitcase up 6 flights of stairs is no mean achievement! Could do with ground level left luggage facilities. The terrace is not true to the photograph on booking.com Could do with more toilet paper and kitchen roll

Nice place to stay short or long

Pros: Good connection with airport. Apartment is 10min walking distance from the train station with direct train to airport. Very good communication with host. All the questions were answered in couple hours. Very clear instructions about checking in and door code were given couple days before arrival. Apartment is like 20min walking distance from the center. Comfortable beds, very clean room, well equipped kitchenette. Amazing views from the terrace.

Cons: Sound insulation between rooms can be better. We thought terrace is private for that apartment but it belongs just to all hotel guests. Nevertheless it is worth visit and enjoy with a cup of coffee (served free of charge on the ground floor).

Pros: The access and communication with the property were very easy. The location was amazing and the value for money is great!

Pros: Really good for two people, nice rooftop terrice. Very clean.

Cons: Takes about 35 minutes to walk to Douro river, lack of kitchen equipment. No rack for towels so they did not dry entirely.

Excelente ubicación para ir andando a todos lados

Pros: La ducha muy práctica y la cama súper cómoda; una reforma muy guay y desde la terraza, que se encuentra en la azotea, pudimos ver todos los fuegos artificiales de año nuevo.

Cons: Nos llegaba olor a tabaco y provenía del piso de arriba, a través del conductor de ventilación del baño, también el ruido. Tienes que subir unos cuando pisos de escaleras para llegar a la terraza.
