A very comfortable stay for my friends and I.
Pros: - Convenient location, right next to a train and bus station, next to a supermarket. - About half an hour walk to the city centre. - Apartment is spacious and well maintained. - The street can be loud at times, but the apartment is very well insulated with the windows closed.

Fantastic place to stay in Porto
Pros: All things so good - very near to metro, big supermarket nearby, clean rooms, two bathrooms and quick responses for every question.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso dotato di tutto il necessario. Letti comodi, metropolitana e supermercato a pochi metri dall'appartamento. Centro città raggiungibile a piedi.

MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN! MUY RECOMENDABLE!
Pros: El check-in lo realizó Felipe, muy amable y atento. El propietario a través de whatsapp nos indicó un montón de restaurantes y lugares de interés de la ciudad. Es un piso amplio, camas cómodas, varios pequeños electrodomésticos muy útiles, apenas usamos menaje, así que no lo valoramos. Muy bien ubicado. Al lado hay un supermercado grande muy práctico. Garaje en el mismo edificio, eso sí, un poco caro de precio (25€/día).
Cons: Llegamos al apartamento y estaba a 13 grados, muy frío. Felipe, con las indicaciones de Joao (que estuvo pendiente) encendió las calefacciones eléctricas que hay en salón y dos habitaciones.... y ya se fue calentando poco a poco hasta conseguir una temperatura adecuada en el apartamento. Sería conveniente que las encendieran antes, para que cuando llegas esté caldeada, como lo han hecho en otros apartamentos en los que nos hemos alojado en este viaje.

Pros: Sehr bequeme Betten und schönes Wohnzimmer und gute Lage zur Metro und Bus zum Zentrum. Nahe Einkaufmöglichkeit.
Cons: Es war ziemlich lärmig in der Nacht am besten Fenster schliessen. Garage Einfahrt nur vom Linksverkehr möglich reinzufahren und es ist sehr eng vor allem wenn man mit einem grossen Waagen kommt!

Wonderful apartment; right where you need to be, while offering a little more peace and quiet
Pros: It was a lovely space, with more than enough space for me, my wife, our two children, and my two elderly parents. We had all the things we needed and reinforced why we picked this over a traditional hotel stay as we were able to make small, quick meals (particularly breakfast) for our kids to help keep them fed and costs low! The location in relation to the centre of Porto was perfect. We don’t necessarily want to be right in the middle of everything, because we like to do a lot of walking, but it was a short walk from everything. And while we got a bit mixed up on the metro, it was incredibly close to the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Honestly, the only issue we had was with the apartment door key. We never quite figured it out, though this is likely a problem with me. The property owner was very accessible in terms of helping me troubleshoot when we first had issues.

Ótima acomodação em todos os sentidos.
Pros: O check-in foi conduzido pelo Felipe, que nos deu dica de passeios e também explicou tudo que era preciso saber sobre a acomodação. É um apartamento amplo, bem ventilado, bem localizado, possui todas as facilidades de uma casa e ainda tem um supermercado mesmo ao lado.

C'était bien mais il y aurait des petites améliorations.
Pros: Près d'un métro et de l'épicerie Continente à 2 minutes de marche.
Cons: L'appartement aurait besoin de rafraîchissement. Nous avions de la vaisselle chippée et les chaudrons seraient dûs pour être changés. Il n'y avait pas de grille-pain et aucune indication pour faire fonctionner le lave-linge. Nous sommes Canadiens et nous n'avons pas ce type de lave-linge et nous savons que l'electricité est très dispendieuse donc si vous pouvez fournir des indications pour que nous n'ayons pas accidentellement sélectionné eau chaude et séchage. Il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé mais à la période que nous étions c'était ok. Par contre on nous a très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et les explications étaient claires. Nous avions une auto la dernière nuit et par chance nous avons pu nous stationner dans la rue.

Pros: Anfitrião muito simpático e comunicativo. Apartamento muito funcional com tudo que precisávamos. Localização excelente, ao lado de uma estação de metro e também um supermercado.
