Pros: The appartment itself is very nice, was very clean and had probably one of the best beds we ever slept in. Everything you need is there besides a big oven, instead a microwave with some oven functionality is there. A quick walk away you find a mini mercado, restaurants, bus and tram stations. Great to explore the area and Porto. Even a Pingo Doce and Lidl are not too far away (short bus / tram ride). Muito obrigado for the nice stay.
Cons: There is alot of construction going on in Porto and Vila Gaia. This is also true for this appartment. In the front and back of the house there is construction going on. Demolishing at least 1 house, building several new ones. There will be noise and very likely some degree of dirt. It is quiet in the evening and night and also on Sundays (and less construction on Saturday as well). The ceilings are very thin, you can hear the neighbours. Not bad if they are quiet, unfortunately we had a group of younger people throwing a party, leaving early but coming back 01:30 am to continue it with music, screaming and so on. After 02:00 am I had to get up, dress up and complain at their door. Nothing our host is responsible for! I did use the contact form of the company who manages the appartment above and they never wrote back to me.

Pros: Really great location, we got here with the metro from the airport really easy. Just a few hundred meters away from the Luis I bridge. Also there is a supermarket nearby. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The Internet had good speed and we loved this. Beds were really comfortable.
Cons: It seems places in Portugal have poor sound insulation because you can hear clearly noises from outside. Also this apartment is in a building that has only apartments for tourists. We were unlucky that the apartment above us had a big noisy group of Spanish tourist that kept us up most of the night. So this might be a problem if it's more than one night.

Piso amplio.
Pros: La amplitud de la casa, habitaciones grandes, cocina grande y amplio comedor. Proximidad al puente y jardín del Morro. Es fresco en verano, dormimos con las ventanas cerradas a finales de junio.
Cons: No tiene ascensor. El aparcamiento en la zona es de pago, pudimos usar el garaje.

Pros: Grand appartement, propre et fonctionnel. Grande salle de bains, paroi de douche un peu petite, on arrose le sol. Proche supérette et transports pour le centre ville(tram,bus) Excellente literie
Cons: Pas de stationnement dans la rue même, mais dans les rues adjacentes (payant) Gros travaux de construction devant et derrière qui devraient encore durer quelque temps.

Pros: Дуже гарне житло! Розташоване всього за 5 хвилин від оглядового майданчика з чудовим видом на міст і місто на заході сонця. Апартаменти просторі й чисті. Господарі навіть сервірували стіл до нашого приїзду, а на наше прохання принесли праску та прасувальну дошку. Поруч є супермаркети й ресторани — дуже зручно!

Pros: Appartement très bien situé et proche du centre et du pont Dom-Luis. Celui-ci est spacieux, propre et très pratique. Possibilité d'avoir une place de parking privée dans les garages sous l'immeuble.
Cons: Un petit problème qui n'a rien avoir avec l'appartement en lui-même, je n'ai pas reçu le code pour y accéder avant mon arrivée. J'ai dû téléphoner à l'assistance et celui-ci ne m'a été fourni que le lendemain !

Pros: 무엇보다도 주요 관광지에서 가까웠고 방 2개가 넓고 주방, 거실의 아늑한 분위기가 만족스러운 호텔입니다.
Cons: 소수이기는 하나 가구 등이 약간 손상된 것이 있었으나 이용에는 큰 불편이 없습니다.
