Pros: Nice apartment in Gaia. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the facilities of the apartment and building. Only a short walk to the port wine district and the Gaia side of the river. Close to Grahams with a very nice restaurant. We asked for sun bed to the pool and it was handled very fast. The pool side is still quite empty though.

Cons: The only thing to mention is that the area is still under construction. So for the time being the apartment is still surrounded by buildings that are not yet finished. Once we got used to it it didn’t matter much, but it is not so pretty to look at. In a few years (my stay was in summer of 2025) I’m sure it will be a very nice area with more restaurants, bakeries etc. The apartment is a level 0 but the roof top has a nice view.

Agréable et sublime

Pros: Tous s est bien passé, l hôte est très gentille, sympathique et serviable. Elle nous a ramené du café et elle s est bien occupée de nous. Très bon accueil L appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre, agréable et bien ajusté. Un parking est disponible et sécurisé. L emplacement est bien situé. Je recommande vivement. Une piscine au 10ème étage.
