Pros: We loved our stay at Rate Fervença Great Stay Apartment. It was 3 minutes walking from the Jardim do Morro, 5-8 minutes walking to all bars and restaurants at Gaia. Everything was very clean, the house had all the utensils if you'd like to have some food at home as well. Our host was also very nice and responsive to all our questions in a matter of minutes.

Cons: We liked everything. There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable, convenient and enjpyable

Pros: Stayed 8 days in the one bedroom apt. Was very clean and well done up. Spacious and comfortable and quite well supplied for a long stay. The bed is large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Away from the noise yet minutes away from the river side and Jardim do Morro where all the action is. The hosts, Marta and Amanda were excellent and responded quickly to our requests and contributed to a most enjoyable stay

Cons: Not much natural light and ventilation in the apartment.

A hidden gem in Vila Nova de Gaia

Pros: You can't find a better location, you're close to all the best places. It's a 10 minute walk to Porto and even shorter to some fantastic restaurants and port houses. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and well-equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
