Ótima escolha em custo beneficio!!

Pros: A proximidade de tudo e a facilidade de encontrar e poder passear com a familia. Achei muito prático e de facilidade de acesso.

Cons: Achei um pouco escuro o apartamento poucas janelas, mas no total achei um Apartamento muito agilizado e bem apresentado.

Pros: La casa sembra un mini albergo con 4 camere distinte e numerate, ognuna arredata con un tema diverso. Doccia presente in ogni stanza. Cucina piccola ma il necessario è presente. Posizione molto buona, in una ventina di minuti a piedi si arriva alla zona cantine sul fiume. La metro ferma sotto il palazzo. Disponibilità di parcheggi (a pagamento) in zona.

Cons: Anche se si è all'ottavo piano si sentono alcuni rumori dalla strada (passaggio della metro).
