Great apartment

Pros: This is a great apartment with lots of space in a nice building. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are great. It was perfectly clean and amenities are great. All windows shade perfectly to make the rooms dark. The entry is with a key code so you won't loose the keys and you can easily enter/exit the apartment in different groups. I also took advantage of the early check-in and it was as promised. The access to the city center is great - either on foot or with metro station just around the corner.

Cons: Although everything is as in the pictures and written I have to warn a couple of things. I did miss more space for the dining table - it gets quite crowded for 5 persons to eat. Also there is no living room so with dining room/table not great there is no common room to gather together except for the bedrooms. The beds are quite small with (at least) one double bed being only 140cm. I also did not like the beds themselves as the whole bed was moving if one person moved. The two bathroom configurations are also not great as the additional bathroom is attached to the single bed bedroom.

Pros: Nice new apartment. Exceptionally clean. Good location to walk to city

Muito bom

Pros: O apartamento é ótimo, com dois banheiros e três quartos. Ótimas roupas de cama e banho, possuía shampoo e sabonete líquido nos banheiros. Muito bem equipado e com máquina de lavar.

Cons: Não possuía sala de estar e a internet tinha sinal muito fraco.

Pros: Хочу поділитися своїми враженнями про ці апартаменти, які ми вирішили орендувати під час своєї подорожі в Порто. Так, саме в Порто, бо з цього місця дуже зручно дістатись до центру Порто та основних історичних пам'яток, але ціна оренди набагато приємніша. Апартаменти чисті, зі свіжим ремонтом, та всім необхідним. Власники надали всю необхідну інформацію щодо розташування апартаментів та як потрапити у середину. Спілкування з власниками також було доволі приємним. Ми подорожували автівкою, яку без проблем припаркували прямо на вулиці. Оплата паркування в паркоматі або через додаток в телефоні. Загалом, залишились дуже задоволені перебуванням в цих апартаментах.

Pros: Чистые новые комфортные апартаменты, в каждой комнате кондиционер.

Cons: Маленькая кухня.

Todo increíble

Pros: Todo estaba increíblemente limpio, las cosas se veían muy nuevas y la atención fue 10/10 sin duda repetiría mi estadía en este lugar. Las ventanas estaban muy bien insonorizadas. También quiero agradecer la atención por parte de D&S.

Pros: דירה משופצת ונקיה, מיקום שקט ונוח לטיול במרכז פורטו. קרוב לתחנת מטרו ותחנת רכבת. התקשורת עם המשכירים הייתה מצוינת בווצאפ, הם היו זמינים לפני ובמהלך שהותנו.

Cons: האור נדלק ונכבה באופן אוטומטי במסדרון, זה מאוד הפריע. אין סלון בדירה. המיטה הבודדת באיכות נמוכה.

Amplio, acogedor y bien ubicado

Pros: La limpieza, la ubicación, tenía todo lo necesario para nosotros. La continua atención del propietario para recibir cualquier tipo de ayuda.

Cons: Nada

Estancia genial y placentera

Pros: El personal respondió bien y rápido a un par de peticiones qué hicimos. La ubicación es excelente: en un sitio tranquilo y a 5 minutos del puente de Don Luis I. Hay parking cercano muy barato así como un Lidl. Nos lo encontramos muy limpio, con buen olor y temperatura fresca y óptima.

Cons: La TV en la cocina carece de sentido pues no hay espacio para sentarse a verla Alguna toalla más habría estado bien.

Boa estadia. Recomendado para famílias.

Pros: Estava tudo limpo. Boa localização. Prédio e zona calma, ótimo para famílias. O facto de ter duas casas de banho é excelente.

Cons: O colchão de casal era um pouco desconfortável. Só tinha um único saco do lixo e só um pano de cozinha, o que é manifestamente pouco se tivermos em conta que ficamos 5 dias.
