Host Wise - Fervença Boutique Palace

Pros: A very nice and clean apartment close to the river Douro (about 5 min by foot). Exceptionally well equipped and the communication was very good. (A small problem was solved quickly and competently.) I'd come back any time

Cons: This is a very personal issue, which might not bother others, but ... For me, chairs, couches etc. have to be cozy and comfortable. The chairs and the sofa in this apartment are not ... at least not for me. ;-) They look great, cool design, but nothing for a long TV evening. But ... that's just me and the bed made more than up for it. Apart from that, it's really great.

Logement agréable

Pros: -Le logement très bien situer avec une belle vue sur le Douro, trés bien épuré, déco simple mais efficace. -Les petites attention ( vin, café, bonbons ... )

Cons: Juste le frigo qui sentait pas bon car il reste branché et fermé.

VOLVERÍAMOS A REPETIR SIN DUDA.

Pros: Ubicación excelente para visitar Oporto. Habitación de gran tamaño y cocina con todo lo necesario (lo único que echamos en falta fue un microondas). Nuestro perrete estuvo super a gusto también.

Pros: Tout ! La situation géographique, la décoration, la propreté, calme, du 4 étoiles, allez y les yeux fermés

Cons: Rien

Pros: Bien placé pour découvrir la vieille ville a pied. Logement très confortable, bien équipé et spacieux. Literie de qualité. Zones animées à proximité tout en étant à l'abri des nuisances.

Cons: Pas de vue de la chambre louée

Pros: 넓고 쾌적했고, 모든 욕실용품과 주방용품이 잘 구비되어 있었어요! 웰컴와인도 너무나도 맛있었고, 도우루 강이 보이는 뷰도 너무 행복했어요!! 침구류도 깨끗하고 편안해서 며칠이고 더 묵고 싶은 곳이었어요!

Pros: Apartamento ideal, bonito, nuevo, limpio, silencioso y muy buena ubicación

Cons: Eché en falta un microondas

Pros: Beau bâtiment, bel appart moderne au 2ème étage avec ascenseur, pas trop loin du centre ville et des commodités.

Cons: Pas de micro-ondes et pas de casseroles alors qu'il y a une plaque de cuisson. Sur le site de réservation c'est écrit appartement entier de 117m2, mais c'est en fait un appart divisé en 2, ça porte à confusion car j'avais réservé en pensant que c'était un appart entier ! Un peu déçu en arrivant car c'était beaucoup plus petit, mais quand même agréable.

goed en niet duur, zeker het eerste moment dat je in het prachtig gerestaureerde pand binnenkomt.

Pros: locatie was heel goed, het pand en het appartement zagen er voortreffelijk uit. Helaas waren enkele punten wat minder: 1. de 2 stoelen en het aanwezige minibankje waren zeer onconfortabel, 2. de douchedeur sloot niet goed af (was teveel aan de buitenrand gemonteerd), waardoor de hele badkamer kletsnat wordt wanneer je aan de onderkant geen handdoek legt welke na het douchen moet worden uitgewrongen! 3. Een lastig probleem is dat het hele appartement zeer vochtig is en de ramen, eigenlijk gigantische deuren direct aan de straat, kun je maar beperkt open zetten. Een ontvochtiger is aanwezig maar die is lawaaiig en niet afdoende.

Cons: Zie hierboven! Verder is alles zeker wel dik in orde.
