Excellent

Pros: It is close to football club Porto (just 8 minutes walk ) and it is close to a train station. I just walked to watch a match and come back on foot!!

Cons: The facilities are good and clean.

Pros: A purely extraordinary experience in a real life neighbourhood. Of the kind that if you know how to appreciate it, you understand that this is a rare place. Great public transport, a place for travellers beyond holidaying.

Great experience

Pros: We had a wonderful holiday. We were made to feel comfortable by Sonia, who is an excellent host. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a bottle of wine is waiting for us when we arrive. During our stay, she provided us with helpful information. She was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was clean and spacious. We would definitely love to stay there again. It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a modern apartment divided into two levels and designed with such high quality details, that I am confident that I will recommend to anyone who is interested in exploring Porto. A baby cot was requested for my daughter, and Sonia provided us with an excellent one.

Pros: Lovely apartment with great blackout blinds. It’s not far to the stadium metro

Pros: — Brand new house, everything was in a great condition — The owner was very attentive all the time and prepared us welcome fruits and extra towels as we are staying for more than a week with kid — Both rooms and the living room have AC — Ground floor house by the street, easy to access, although there’s stairs to go up to the bedrooms — Very nicely decorated — The house itself doesn’t have parking but it’s easy to find parking space on the same street and it cost only 4.5€ by Uber to the city center if you don’t want to drive or take the bus. —A big supermarket (Mercadona) nearby and a mini supermarket on the same street — 1 bathroom with shower and another toilet downstairs, it’s great for family

Cons: — A prefect house like this in my opinion should have washing machine and hangers to dry the clothes. I didn’t let this point affect the total score because somehow it’s my fault that I didn’t check this feature carefully upon reserving, although I assumed there would be one. It’s not because it affected us because we have a kid and stayed 8 nights and it’s summer time that I had to wash by hands every polo-shirt, dress and not to mention kids clothes get dirty way too easy. But it is because I think it’s an important feature that makes people choose apartments/house instead hotels, just as kitchen. So they can make food freely and wash their clothes if needed. There is a public laundry room a few minutes away but not everyone is used to use public laundry room or have the available time schedule to make the trip and wait for their laundry there. — The bed indeed is not very big for 2 adults, it’s a double bed size so it’s like 135cm, to mention this also just because I think some people should know about it. Both mattress are good quality.

Pros: Amazing hospitality. Brand new complex with great amenities. The owner was very accommodating and had great communication. It was close to a bakery, supermarket and cafe. Very clean and spacious. Airconditioning was great also.

Pros: Our family plans to travel to Porto only if this property is available. We typically stay at hotels for their cleanliness and service, but this property surpassed every hotel we’ve stayed at. From the communication with the host to the location and parking, and especially the spotlessly clean, modern space, everything exceeded our expectations. We were truly blown away and will absolutely be back.

Pros: Da simpatia e disponibilidade da proprietária. A localização é excelente, com estacionamento fácil. A casa está decorada com muito bom gosto e muito funcional. Iremos voltar, com toda a certeza.

Pros: A nossa família ficou muito satisfeita com o alojamento. Estava tudo muito limpo e cheiroso, a decoração era elegante e de bom gosto, e a localização excelente. Havia um mini-preço por perto, um jardim grande e bonito, e o Estádio do Dragão mesmo ao lado, onde fomos ver o jogo entre o Sporting e o Braga. No geral, ficámos muito satisfeitos!

Cons: m relação à sala, achamos um pouco desconfortável, pois o sofá acomodava apenas duas pessoas, enquanto éramos três adultos e duas crianças. Isso fez com que não pudéssemos desfrutar adequadamente do espaço durante os momentos de convivência.

Exceptional service and beautifully renovated property

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. The property was so clean, newly refurbished, kitted out with everything we needed. We were a family of 5 with a one year old and we all loved it. It was a quick bus ride away from all the sites and they even left bus cards for us. Its the little things like this that count. But best of was the service. Sonia goes above and beyond for all our requests. We even left our phone in an Uber and she offered to ship it back to us after our stay! Couldnt recommend it enough. We will definitely be back.
