Lolla's City House

In terms of price, quality, and location, this is a good plus.

Pros: A comfortable room, cleaned every day. The host responds quickly to any question and gives recommendations on what to watch and where to go. There were no issues at all, actually, because I felt good in this place, and if I come back to Porto (and I will), I’ll know whom to contact.

Cons: The only thing that might embarrass you is the neighbors, but it’s like a lottery here—the outcome depends on the room neighbors. I was lucky — I had quiet neighbors.

Lovely place

Pros: Very big apartment equipped with everything I needed. Everything was spacious and clean, 2 bathrooms so I never needed to wait, kitchen had everything for cooking meals. The communication with the host was very prompt, and he made sure to reach out even thought I arrived pretty late in the evening and right in the Christmas eve. Lots of thanks to Ruben and Sophia for all the recommendations they gave to me. The apartment is about 5-7minutes walking from the metro station and you easily reach the city center in 3-4 stations, and close to shopping area and markets. Good Internet for ones who worked remotely.

Cons: Nothing really major, I had a great time there. Worth mentioning that: during my time in winter there the apartment usually gets cold. Inside your room the temperature is ok as long as you have the heating on, but outside of it gets chilly. Also the storage space is a bit limited if you are staying over a week.

Pros: Lolla was very friendly and welcoming! - thank you so much for letting me borrow your umbrella!! The room was just what I needed, and it was very clean and comfortable, and felt like home for my short stay. I actually didn't realise it had shared spaces (kitchen / bathroom) but that was my fault for not reading the advert correctly, however this was no problem for me and I was really happy with everything! All spaces were cleaned daily and tidy at all times too! :)

Cons: The street outside was busy at times / there was on and off construction close by too which got a bit loud but keeping the window closed drowned some of the noise out - it didn't bother me too much overall! :)

Amazing host!

Pros: The host was very helpful and gave us local recommendations. Also gave us his powerbank when we needed it.

Cons: May not be very close to all the attractions. But you can find buses, metros and uber next to the acco. So not a deal breaker.

Pros: The owner was really nice, welcomed us and showed us around. The room itself was small but cozy and the shared bathrooms were clean. The location was just perfect. We enjoyed our stay in Porto and would definitely come back to Lolla’s.

Pros: Great location close to the city centre Modern and clean apartments. Extremely friendly and helpful owners ready to provide recommendations or assist at any time.

Lovely host and comfy place, would recommend

Pros: Clean, tidy and v comfy bed. The host was superb too.

Cons: The location is convenient a touch outside the main part of the city. 20 mins on foot and you’re there.

Pros: Well situated and excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and available. They even provided an excellent list of recommendations for things to do and where to get food (supermarket, markets and restaurants). Overall a brilliant stay.

Pros: Exceptional overall, always spotless due to daily cleaning, shared facilities outstanding, Ruben and Sofia are both lovely and very helpful! Location is also fantastic, really convenient for public transport and close to a lot of excellent food spots. The cafe directly over the road is particularly good. Would unreservedly recommend.

Good stay

Pros: I like the cleanliness, the host and their responsiveness, apartment location.

Cons: Its nearby to road and there was continuous car horns from the road till mid night. The bathroom was shared which feels a bit uncomfortable. But bathroom was exceptionally clean.
