Pros: Location was perfect. Staff were very nice and it was a fabulous breakfast. Also amazingly good value for money

Very enjoyable, safe, convenient.

Pros: Self-catering option was preferred but kitchen lacked some facilities - crockery and cutlery - beyond basic cuisine. Cleaning staff were excellent, reception staff a little diffident - never inquired if everything was ok. Location is ace.

Cons: Reception staff were ok but didn’t engage too readily when we were coming and going.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

Pros: Breakfast was great, a buffet breakfast and they also catered for gluten free. The rooms were a good size, comfortable bed, good size bathroom. The location was perfect - lots of cafes and restaurants as well as nice shops on the same street. Would recommend the hotel.

Cons: The coffee at breakfast was not good. There was a coffee machine in the room but no milk and no decaf. The pool was out of use which was a shame - storm damage apparently

Pros: Overall, the hotel met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. The room and common areas were clean, and frequent housekeeping was a clear advantage. Everything essential worked well and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Cons: There were not enough glasses in the room. For four people it was difficult to have coffee or tea comfortably. In addition, the electric kettle did not work, so we had to boil water in a pot, which was inconvenient.

Enjoyable, convenient location to explore, comfortable.

Cons: We had asked for twin room/apartment but double allocated. We had to utilise the sofa bed in the lounge area which meant we lost that relaxing space. Booked taxi through Booking.com for airport transfers, wasn’t stressed (enough) that only some taxis can drive to hotel, so we had to walk with our cases, ok if you are fit!

Pros: Location is fantastic, easy to access all the main attractions of Porto, very close to the beautiful Sao Bento train station. The rooftop garden area is an unexpected delight. The spacious apartments whilst having hotel facilities is winner . Staff are extremely helpful.

Pros: Self catering had breakfast 1day which was ok, very helpful friendly staff, made sure we had good info and booked restaurant for us V large comfortable apartment good Wi-Fi Good location

Cons: Advertised as indoor pool but more like a very large Jacuzzi not possible to swim in

Pros: Location .8 minute walk to river .so near every thing. Staff in reception so nice so helpful. Best.i have meet in all my travels.

Cons: Breakfast could be better ..more breads and fruit .more hot food.
