Pros: Warming welcome, like nowhere. Very personal and respectful approach. Cosy place, but I can imagine better stay in summer. An apartment with a kitchen corner, TV, bathroom with a washing machine. Great service.

Cons: Like in most places, a heater is not enough for colder weather. But that is to consider while in Porto in February

Porto accommodation

Pros: The apartment was very nice and spacious for two people. Isabel, our host was great, she gave us plenty of recommendations of where to eat and drink in the restaurants and bars which are located near by, Isabel also gave us a bottle of the local port which was a lovely surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Its clean,comfortable,modern, there’s supermarket nearby, walking distance to all tourists attractions, the owner , Isabel, is friendly and personally greet us and gave us her homemade porto wine that we love. She let us check in an hour early as the property is available and communicating with her was easy .

Cons: The stairs going to the living room and kitchen is a bit steep just to be mindful for those who have mobility problems but we have no problem with this

Pros: The owner of this flat is very kind and responds quickly to my messages. The room is well equipped with daily necessities, such as a dryer, laundry facilities, kitchen, and hangers for clothes. The location is convenient, only 10–20 minutes to downtown, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with flexible timing.

Pros: These series of accommodations are located in an old manufactory, and it's part of their charm. The apartment we had was tiny but provided with everything needed. The host is super friendly and gave us information about the district :) the location is perfect, very close to the main attractions in a vibrant district.

Good location and nice room

Pros: The property was in an amazing location. It was in a very cute traditional Portuguese style building, and the host Isabel was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was basic but had everything you might need including a cooktop. There was no air con but there was a fan.

Cons: Some of the apartments are under construction at the moment so it is less peaceful outside, but that should be finished in a few months.

Pros: I would recommend this Porto GEM to anyone! Brilliant location - but also tucked away in a quiet historic street! The host Isabel is the nicest host I have ever come across in all my travels, going out of her way to return a dress I left at the property! She even gave us free delicious Port which we enjoyed thoroughly! Please book J3M Houses when staying in Porto - you won't regret it!

Charming Little space in a Great Location

Pros: We rented this charming little house for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, reasonably central to everything. Although the house is quite small, it is very practically designed. We were able to cook, do laundry, and relax outside. The small patio outside was lovely. The owner was incredibly friendly and always available via WhatsApp to offer assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend this place!

Cons: We missed some extra storage space for our clothes, especially since we had been traveling for several weeks and Porto was our last stop. The Wifi connection wasn't very good.

Fabulous city stay!

Pros: Isabel was so welcoming and helpful! In such a great spot to explore the city, and the bed was so comfortable! Everything you could want for a short weekend stay
