Pros: Fantastic location close to the waterfront hive of activity. This apartment has many amenities at a very reasonable price. Notably there is a clothes washing machine! The bedroom is small but the large living room more than compensates for it. The bathroom is modern, fresh and clean. There is a small kitchen and even a dishwasher, although we did not use this as there are ample restaurants nearby. There was also a coffee maker.
Cons: We were there in the fall so do not know if there is air-conditioning. The apartment has barred windows at street level on a narrow street. In the fall the street was not busy, and we opened the windows occasionally. We did not feel comfortable doing so at night. There was a large fan that provided adequate circulation.

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros: Location is great (when you find the place). Facilities good having washing machine, kitchenette, microwave, jug etc Expresso Coffee machine was a bonus and great to find
Cons: Instructions on how to find the actual lane/alley for someone who has never been to Porto before could be a bit better. As an example, I would add instructions that you need to turn left into the uphill alley way right before the tunnel underpass

Pros: The ideal location of the apartment if you come to see the city. Far from the ocean, but we came for a walk around the city and it was perfect. The apartment is clean, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. We were missing one blanket, they brought it the same day we asked for it. Perfect. Neat renovation,Clean shower, hot water, large towels, bars on the windows, very pleasant to be in the apartment. When I return to Porto I will choose this apartment again. This is probably the first time that I am 100% satisfied with the price-quality ratio of an apartment that I found on booking.
Cons: The downside is that it is very noisy in the evenings and mornings. In the evening there is noise from the tunnel which is located 50 meters from the apartment, in the morning there is noise from the guests who are moving into the house.The audibility is as if they are moving into your bedroom. Even earplugs didn't help with the noise.But if you don't sleep as long as we do, until 12, then this won't bother you.

Great location - Great apartment
Pros: The apartment is in great location (a pedestrian alleyway just off the main hustle & bustle) and offers a very spacious living area with a fully-spec’d kitchen, incl. a Nespresso machine (with complementary coffee pods - thank you!!!) and a washing machine. The unit was extremely clean and the embroidered bedding & towels were all fresh & fluffy. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed and sufficient closet space. Shower pressure was excellent and water temperature heated up almost instantaneously. Wi-Fi worked extremely well, and all forms of comms with the Home Me management team were always speedy & efficient.
Cons: A minor point: the bathroom tends to be a bit cramped due to the in-swinging door, and some hanging hooks for the towels might be more ergonomic versus a “towel ladder” behind the door.

Apartamento correcto. Buena ubicación.
Pros: La ubicación, a mi parecer, es perfecta, aunque queda un poco lejos de la parte monumental, está en la Ribeira. El apartamento es correcto, aunque hay varias cosas que son mejorables.
Cons: No le pongo la nota máxima porque hay cosas que mejorar. Las UNICAS ventanas de todo el apartamento son las del salón y no se pueden ni abrir ni cerrar bien. La tapadera del wc no encaja y se mueve, y la puerta del baño es un problema si se quiere utilizar el lavabo con la puerta abierta. No hay toallero donde dejar las toallas en el baño.

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la propreté et l'équipement de l'appartement . Les échanges avec la personne gestionnaire de notre logement, très attentive à notre confort, étaient très agréables. Enfin la situation du logement est absolument parfaite pour l'exploration du quartier Ribeira . A recommander absolument !

Pros: Die Wohnung war schön und gut eingerichtet , die Lage war top
Cons: Die Wohnung war Paterre , es war laut von der Gasse die vorbei ging und ich habe die Reinigung zweimal bezahlen müsse nachdem ich einen Tag dazugebucht habe , mit dem Vermieter habe ich besprochen ,dass er nicht zwischen durch putzen muss das war ärgerlich

Buena ubicación y parking complicado
Pros: Buena ubicación, aunque has de aparcar lejos, al ser pleno centro. Buena atención del anfitrión
Cons: Al ser un bajo y junto a la entrada principal, se oye a todo el que sale a primera hora
