Boavista Prime Studio

Pros: Good location, clean, roomy, lighty, new, modern apartman. Kitchen ware dishwasher were available. Shops close to tha house - across the street.

Cons: Washing machine would be nice to have.

Pros: Comfortable clean and spacious. Exactly what we were looking for

Cons: No fan to keep cool at night and only bedding was a thick duvet despite warm temperatures. Amenities (coffee pods, toilet paper, etc) just for one nights although we were staying almost a week. Other than these minor points, a great place to stay

Comforting

Pros: the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had the basic utensils which was great. The location is great, as you're near rotunda da Boavista, which has a lot of bus transports and then Carolina Michaelis and Lapa, the metro

Cons: The bathroom is a little small for 2 people, as we always stumble on each other, but with a little coordination everything went well. Also in the end of our stay, there was no hot water left, just warmish

Pros: Estudio muy coqueto y con una luz estupenda. Muy tranquilo.

Cons: Echamos de menos un microondas y una tostadora. Por lo demás muy bien.

Perfekt.

Pros: Perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment. Habe traumhaft geschlafen und mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hipp und modern

Pros: Hipp und modern mit guter Lage, Metro und Busanbindung aber auch zu Fuß bekannte Spots schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung der Wohnung war für uns total ausreichend, es riecht alles sauber und frisch. Die Übergabe durch Lucas war perfekt und es gab auch noch Tipps für Porto aufs Handy.

Cons: Uns hat ein Fernseher nicht gefehlt.

Esperienza bella da consigliare

Pros: posizione ottima, ben servita dai mezzi, alloggio piccolo ma funzionale. ottima la scelta dell'arredamento e distribuzione degli spazi

Cons: il bagno senza finestra è sempre stato un mio problema

Angenehm und gerne wieder buchen

Pros: Hoher Haupt Raum und Licht. Apartment lag in den Hinterhof und war damit ruhig. Sehr zuvorkommende und perfekter Service! Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons: Alles prima, kleine Anmerkung die Lage/Umgebung und bisschen kleines Bad.

Super consigliato!

Pros: Tutto! La zona molto sicura e vicino alla metropolitana, il centro si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Sotto casa un piccolo discount ma a due passi supermercati, bar, bakery e tanti altri servizi. La casa è splendida, pulitissima e arredata con gusto. C'è tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, biancheria e prodotti per l'igiene, phon con il diffusore. La cucina è fornita di pentole, stoviglie e macchina da caffè. Abbiamo trovato sapone per piatti, scottex e spugna. Manca il microonde, ma c'è il forno. Wifi perfetto. La casa appartiene ad un circuito di affitti vacanze, chiedono una caparra che però non viene prelevata ma chiedono solo autorizzazione alla banca. Vi chiederanno di pagare la tassa di soggiorno tramite il loro portale, è comodo.

Altamente Recomendable

Pros: Es un apartamento con un espacio muy amplio y grandes ventanales. Además con armarios para guardarlo todo. Asimismo la ubicación es buena, y se puede aparcar en la calle sin problema.

Cons: El baño era realmente incómodo. No hay diferencia de altura entre la ducha y el resto del baño y se encharca entero. Hay que estar limpiando a cada momento. Además había poco menaje
