Pros: The apartment is spacious, super bright, and has everything you need for a weekend stay. I really loved the location and the fact that there’s parking available. Communication was absolutely amazing!

Spacious apartment WITH private parking at a great location just off the beaten track.

Pros: Location is great, building grand. We loved the spacious parking! Communication with host was easy and smooth.

Cons: Cleaning. Toilet was smelly. Dust. Minimal amenities, a starter set of coffee, tea and sugar would be greatly appreciated.

Centrally located, average stay

Pros: Centrally located; all interesting spots in walking distance, and metro station just 5 minutes away (for heading to the beach or airport) Great breakfast places close by was a perk!. Host was quick to respond to questions, she also was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer from airport. Washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, microwave.

Cons: Check in was a bit confusing. As per Booking, I was expecting someone to receive us - but it turned out to be self check-in with no prio info given. This was at 23:30 with a 3yr old who was exhausted, so it was a bad start. No elevators in the building. Overall hygiene inside the apartment was low. Especially the bathroom, had the smell of piss through out - maybe plumbing issues. There is a bad smell in the neighborhood, so leaving windows open is not helping. We also had noisy neighbors upstairs, so the bed above the kitchen was really hard to sleep on (you are just a meter below the noise) The apartment has a lot of potential, it's a pity it's not in that state.

Comfortable apartment in good location but communication with owner could be better.

Pros: Comfortable, excellent (off street) private parking.

Cons: Communication with the host to get arrival information (including how to get the keys) was problematic. I eventually received the information only at 1600 on the day of arrival and after more than one reminder. Similarly, departure instructions were incomplete and confusing, requiring more than one communication.

Pros: Excellent clean apartment, great location, private parking garage (might be hard with a large car)

Pros: The host was extremely kind and helpful in every way!

Buena estancia, volvería sin duda.

Pros: La ubicación es excepcional, el espacio es amplio y luminoso; las camas son cómodas y la comunicación con la anfitriona es excelente.

Cons: No hay ascensor , lo que complica un poco la subida de maletas, coche de bebé etc. y se oye un poco de ruido del piso de arriba cuando caminan o mueven muebles.

Top Lage mit guter Ausstattung

Pros: Moderne und Stilvolle Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Top Lage.

Cons: Top Lage hat auch den Nachteil, extrem viel Verkehr. Wir mussten den Block 3 mal umkreisen, weil wir nirgends stehen bleiben konnten. Wichtig ist bei einem höheren Auto, erst den Schlüssel für den Parkplatz holen. Was noch nicht so gut war, Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, ober uns ist die ganze Zeit jemand hin und her gegangen, jeder Schritt war zu hören.

Fuimos para 4 días y ampliamos 2 más por lo agusto que estábamos

Pros: La cama era muy comoda , dormimos fenomenal, la amabilidad del personal , estaba todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. La ubicación y las vistas eran excelentes cerca de un acantilado con una playa espectacular a 5 min andando.

Cons: Por decir algo de manera constructiva , la cocina era un poco pequeña y estaría bien que aprovecharan la terraza , que con lo grande que es no vendría mal unas tumbonas , por lo demás todo perfecto

Pros: La anfitriona es genial,contesta muy rápido y soluciona cualquier duda.El alojamiento está muy bien y cerca de todo lo que hay que ver.
