Pros: Communication was fast and clear Access to the room was easy Value was very good, room was clean and comfortable

Pros: This was a last min booking due to the heavens opening up, as I was due at the airport at 03.45 the following morning, this room cost me £25 and I can honestly say I've paid far more for alot less, I had a double bed, ensuite with a very good shower, there was also a kitchenette with a microwave tea and coffee making facilities and don't let's forget the TV with English channels ( Portuguese) subtitles overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation room 001 thank you

Cons: This as no reflection on the accommodation but the cardiac hill from the train station makes you feel alive lol

Very comfy despite the bathroom issues.

Cons: The bathroom. It’s cheaply built and it’s worn down, the shower doesn’t work smoothly- it takes a while to get the temperature right between the boiling and the freezing point. The hose pressure was close to none. The glass curtain doesn’t hold the water fully, so when you come out, part of the bathroom floor is soaked. The hand soap was basically just water. And there were hairs on the shower and bathroom floor. Also, the shower walls were full of drips of something white.

Pros: Staff were super attentive and supportive, even though it's a self-check-in style, they made themselves available at all times. Location was pretty good and everything is in walking distance.

Pros: big room and very clean. A small kitchenet and fridge in the room.In the centre of Porto.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Location was also good. I liked my stay at the property. It was neer to metro station, market and a lot of shops and lockers.

Cons: Unfortunately my room was on the last 3rd floor and the lack of elevator was a big minus. And also there were a patio with chairs and tables, but the door was closed and there were no opportunity to relax there.

Lovely accommodation, enjoyed our stay in Porto.

Pros: Nice room with balcony and a small kitchen unit! Clean and homely. It was great to have a fridge! Central location, were able to walk and explore the city conveniently! Supermarket around the corner and lively area therefore good for food and drinks! Excellent communication regarding check in and help with parking.

Cons: We were fine but if any issues with stairs/ mobility problems, there is no lift.

Pros: Perfectly located, easy to reach from Campanhã. Super friendly staff (it is a self check in tho). Comfortable and nice view. Good pho restaurant and great pub serving local beers just next door

Cons: I got too many emails from you! I was receiving emails TWICE a day that my stay is approaching, even though I already checked-out!
