Porto Unique Downtown Garden

Pros: Location was great. Except the living room furniture was not to the stander. Back of the couch was broken, in short not comfortable.

Cons: Living room furnitures could have been better. Dish washer was not working

Pros: Great location, close to sights, restaurants, bars and small supermarkets

Cons: Some things needed replacing e.g. wine glasses, we have let the property know, hopefully they will take action.

Loved the walkability and location of Porto as a base relative to the cities in northern Portugal.

Pros: The unit boasted a modern high volume spacious design with great furnishings and a very good location. Loved the wooden flooring and easy access to surrounding cafe's, shops and the Douro riverfront development. The relatively close proximity to the beautiful Sao Bento rail station was a great advantage. The gradient of the roads in Porto were not as steep as Lisbon and are more walking friendly. We generally found Porto residents and businesses very friendly.

Cons: While the external key safe worked well the human contact upon arrival is always preferred. Limited dishwasher tabs and no dishcloths are minor issues which can improve the experience.

Cons: Both shower were not fixed and very hard to control the direction of flow. One shower needed a proper door as easily flooded the bathroom No instructions for TV though did get help with this Check enough glasses and crockery for 4 people. We had to buy some wine glasses!

One of the best flats i’ve been in so far!

Pros: The appartement was absolutely gorgeous (and gigantic, really). The hosts were very kind to us. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned.

Cons: It’s on us that we visited during winter, but the heating devices were not enough for us 6 and two people had to be cold each night. We couldn’t figure out how to use the dishwasher, but that’s also probably on us.

Pros: Good communication before the trip, lovely central apartment good fittings with outside space

Cons: The slabs in the outside courtyard need some work as they wobble, also it could do with an extra comfy chair in the lounge as it was a bit tight to fit 3/4 adults on the sofa so had to use dining chair

Highly recommend this lovely 2-bed apartment for a multiple-day stay in Porto.

Pros: Great location and well-equipped apartment for a one-week stay. Multiple bakeries within immediate proximity to have breakfast or to take away fresh bread and pastries. Rental agency staff was very helpful and friendly, with office conveniently located in the same street, which makes it easy to settle the city tax in cash.

Cons: Toaster blew the fuse but the agency proposed to replace it right away.

Pros: Great location, very nice flat! All is organised well, very clean!

An oasis of calm and tranquility.

Pros: I adored everything about this beautiful place. It was on the ground floor with an internal courtyard and patio areas for the two large bedrooms. The apartment is very spacious, well designed, well equipped, spotlessly clean and very quiet. We felt so comfortable here we wished we could stay longer. Marta and her colleagues were very helpful and responsive. We loved the area which is close to sights and has great places to eat but is not in the very crowded tourist area. Our stay here was truly a wonderful experience.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.
