Modern Charming Loft with balcony in central Porto by Lisbeyond

Pros: Perfect location to visit Porto old town. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, accesible by an elevator. Highly recommend it!

Pros: Good location for this part of the city. All the apartments off the central stair seemed to be Holiday / AirBnB Apartment was well designed and had a great view.

Cons: Door of the shower would not close properly - so the floor got wet The toilet cistern would keep filling, if the flush button wasn't exactly in the right place Nice if there had been some coffee pods and perhaps some other basics in the kitchen

Pros: Location is great. The apartment is also very nice, clean and well equipped.

Cons: Their way of collecting the municipality tax is not correct. They started messaging before checkin that you have to pay before checkin through international bank transfer, and then they said they dont accept cash, 8 dollars has to be send through international bank transfer. I had repeatedly told i can leave cash but bank transfer is not working, but instead of offering that leave cash, she was scaring us that if not paid they will suffer a fine! Who said i will not pay, i said ill pay, keep the cash! And at the end when i said either keep the cash or we have no other means to pay, on the last day, she said ok leave the cash! So it was a constant botheration throughout the stay which left a bad impression.

Comfortable stay but beware of the managing agents

Pros: Light and spacious, it was comfortable to come back to after a day’s sightseeing. Quiet for a night’s sleep. Well located for nearby Cathedral and Sao Bento Railway Station.

Cons: While the accommodation was good, our dealings with the off site managing agents were not. We needed several attempts to get the answers we needed and extra supplies of toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, garbage bags, even towels. It took several attempts to find out where we disposed of our full garbage bag. Lack of frustrating detail for overseas clients and first time visitors to the lovely city.

Relaxing time in beautiful place.

Pros: Very good location. Quiet area but close to the tourist attractions. Good train connection with places on the ocean.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment within walking distance to everything you need in Porto!

Pros: Everything you need to see in the city of Porto is within walking distance, we didn't get the metro or a bus the entire duration of our stay! Loads of great food nearby and a minipreco (supermarket) is a 5 min walk away. Check in and check out was super easy too (lock box), and the building has a lift/elevator to get to the second floor which the apartment is on. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings!

Cons: There were a few coffee capsules available for free which was great. But when I bought more coffee capsules from the supermarket I accidentally bought ones which weren't compatible with the machine, so a small note to say which ones to buy as refills would be good.

High quality chic apartment in a fabulous location.

Pros: The modern furniture and standard of cleanliness. Great location. Very good standard of facilities- bathroom and kitchen. Super communication from letting company about entry.

Cons: We are a group of 3 so 3 chairs outside on the balcony would have been good.
