Our adventure hub in central Porto

Pros: Lively neighbourhood, central location, apartment itself is quiet.

Cons: In winter Porto is a bit fresh. The living room was warm, despite heaters the other rooms are chilly.

Pros: location very good and central. easy to access by taxi flat good but one light didn't work you should tell people how many steps there are and what the access considerations there are.

Cons: the flat was a bit dark and needed more light

Rainy days in Porto

Pros: Super helpful and friendly staff name Rui explain well and clear for me during check in. Provide lots of information in the pre check in link.

Cons: The size of dining room too small. This apartment is for 4 to 5person which only provide a small table only can fit 2 person. No washing machine in apartment.

Pros: La ubicación en pleno centro de Oporto. Buenas instalaciones y amplio para 4 personas.

Cons: La falta de limpieza bajo todas las camas, como si se omitiera limpiar porque no se ve a simple vista.

Piso cómodo para disfrutar de Porto

Pros: Piso grande y bien situado. Aunque la zona es bastante animada, el piso es muy tranquilo, no se oye apenas nada de fuera. Cómodo para estar unos días.

Cons: Las llaves se recogen en una oficina que está a 5 minutos andando, no es muy lejos pero con maletas puede ser un incordio. La comunicación con el personal podría mejorar. Al preguntar algo te remiten a un dossier que te mandan al hacer la reserva, pero no te aclaran directamente. Solo pudimos tener un juego de llaves para todos, nos dijeron que podíamos tener otro si dejábamos 20€ de fianza, pero aún así al final no pudimos tenerlas.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: Très bon accueil, serviabilité et réactivité de l'équipe gestionnaire de la location. Situation géographique de l'appartement à 15 à 20 min de marche des principaux centres d'intérêt. Proximité des commerces et des restaurations.

Cons: L'évacuation du receveur de douche bouchée malgré les interventions du service technique. Des problèmes d'étanchéité et d'infiltration lors de fortes pluies.
