Excellent - I'll stay there again next time

Pros: Location excellent; cleanliness excellent; great to have key code rather than physical keys; towels, pillows, shower gel provided; bottle of wine provided (we didn't drink it in the end but it was a great touch anyway)

Cons: Some bedding for the sofa bed would have been good, such as a duvet cover for the duvet that went on the sofa bed

Family of 4

Pros: Ease of access, privacy, air con! Local bars and restaurants are excellent. Excellent facilities.

Cons: We needed more linen and towels for the 4 of us, but we made it work. One double bed, two full length, double couches.

Beautiful recently renovated apartments with excellent host

Pros: Beautiful, well-equipped apartments, which were recently renovated. Very clean. Host Carlos made everything for our comfortable stay - met us upon arrival, shown property, welcomed us with port wine, gave tips on attractions and prepared city map for us. It was one of the most comfortable mattress I ever slept.

Cons: A bit noisy neighborhood, but this is not really related to host or apartments itself.

Pros: Great location with beautiful terraces, close to Lello and bars, restaurants, metro, nice vibe, good use of space, the bread.

Cons: A little bit cold, odd breakfast, could hear the rain drops on the roof.

Carlos, the owner very much supportive and friendly.

Pros: Very friendly. Sonner check-in possible. Carlos recommended great things instead of original plan. Highlights proposed.

We loved it, would come back again!

Pros: Carlos was so kind and helpful, location was optimal for us, there are good cafes and restaurants close to the apartment. The apartment has spacious spaces, separated bedrooms and bathrooms… it was very comfortable for a family! The breakfast was optimal for us: ham, cheese, butter, fresh rolls every morning, orange juice…Everything was clean and tidy, design (pictures) was wonderful.

Pros: Lovely, comfortable place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Carlos was very welcoming and we enjoyed his induction with very helpful tips and advice.

Vecinos ruidoso en el apartamento perfecto!

Pros: El apartamento/dúplex está súper bien distribuido para lo pequeño q es. Sus terrazas me encantaron, junto con la localización. Y decir que tiene dos baños con ducha que siendo cuatro fué perfecto!

Cons: Me encantó todo, de poner algo negativo no sería al apartamento sino a los otros inquilinos que llegaban sobre las doce y haciendo ruido x las escaleras como si vivieran solos.

Séjour agréable, appart très bien situé

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait. Le lieu est spacieux et bien agencé. Bons équipements sur place. Très lumineux mais à l’abri de la chaleur.

Cons: C’est très bruyant lorsqu’il pleut ! On est au rez de chaussée et on entend les gouttières dans la cour intérieure…. Dommage également que le jacuzzi n’était pas disponible, c’est censé faire partie du prix. De plus l’annonce parle de petit déjeuner mais ce n’est pas un hôtel. On ne nous a pas proposé de petit dej …
