Heroismo Duplex Terrace

A lovely little luxurious retreat that allowed me to cook my own meals but be close to everything I wanted to see and do

Pros: This place was very spacious, had fantastic light and was well equipped with everything. I loved to backyard to sit and eat under the night sky. It was also far enough away from the center that it was quiet but not too far away that you couldn’t walk to the main attractions easily. Very close to subway

Cons: There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like

Pros: This is a fab place to stay if you need a base to look around Porto for a weekend. Bed is big and comfy and you’re practically 10 steps away from the nearest metro station.

Cons: In terms of the kitchen if you’re looking to cook for yourself it is very bare bones. No oil or salt and pepper provided so just bare this in mind.

Great apartment to stay in an excellent area

Pros: Very clean apartment, perfectly set up in a great location for local supermarkets, coffee shops and the metro. Modern, neutral decor. Very hand equipped kitchen and washing machine. Àngela who welcomed us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The only negative was the slightly corroded toilet roll holders..I know this is a small thing but it did detract from the very nice modern decorated bathroom and toilets.

Pros: Giovanni was amazing. She let me check in early when the room was done being cleaned. The place had almost everything needed. Location was good, a 20 minute walk into old town, 30 minutes to the river. (According to my Google maps). There is a bar next door but couldn't hear them from inside. The shower worked well the bed was good. The TV only has streaming services. Wifi was excellent!

Cons: There is no hand towels in the doorstairs washroom or the kitchen. Other than that it had everything needed for a short stay!

Pleasant

Pros: Spacious , clean, two toilets ( but only one hand towel ) fully equipment kitchen ( but no cutting knife, no chopping board )

Cons: Only two of dining chairs but one is broken, small dining table, lack of cooking tools and a big hole on the bedroom wall, too many keys ( four doors ) . Beware when using downstairs toilet if you’re teller

Pros: You can find anything you need in the duplex. It has a modern interior and exterior design, very clean and comfortable. The terrace is very nice to spend time with family or friends at a coffee or meal.

Pros: The apartment is well equipped, has everything you might need. The neighourghood was quiet, 15 min walk from the center and 2min to the metro station. There is a great cafe/bakery on the corner by the metro station, highly recommend for fresh croissants in the morning!

Cons: Even though the hood is quiet, there were cats in the back yard of the neighbouring apartments that kept meowing day and night, like really loudly. Beware if you are not a fan of cats

Pros: Good location close to a metro station Facilities very good and comfortable

Cons: The front garden was overlooked by several properties and this wasn’t shown in the pictures
