Appartament confortable et idéalement placé !
Pros: - Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Porto, à la fois à proximité immediate du centre ville à pied et à 2 minutes de la station de métro Heroismo. Idéal également pour aller à la découverte des environs, depuis la gare de Campanhã, à 10 minutes à pied. - Rosalia a été particulièrement accueillante et a pris le temps de nous présenter les incontournables de la ville ainsi que ses recommandations personnelles. Elle a été tout à fait accommodante, à l’écoute et réactive pendant la durée de notre séjour. - Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. - Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, copieux et de qualité, toujours apporté avec sympathie !

Pros: Espectacular relación precio y ubicación, al ser un lugar reformado está todo en orden lo necesario y limpio , el único detalle es que se escucha un poco el ruido de fuera y de el otro piso pero mínimo nosotros no tuvimos problemas por eso porque al final uno va es a pasear y a dormir cansado ni se entera pero bien de echo la anfitriona nos obsequió un vino nos trató super amable todo céntrico todo cerca mi familia y yo le ponemos 10/10 como en casa

Pros: Todo. Desde la atención de Rosalía hasta la limpieza y ubicación del apartamento. Fuimos con nuestra perra y se portaron fenomenal con ella.

Perfect for exploring!
Pros: We loved everything about the apartment! The decoration, bed, appliances, and small appliances were all amazing. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, with walking distance to both the metro and train station. The area was perfect, with stores and tourist areas within walking distance. Our host was exceptional - she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She allowed us to keep our luggage when we arrived and left, provided invaluable advice, and even helped us when we accidentally locked our keys inside. Her kindness and assistance made our stay truly unforgettable.
Cons: We stayed for a whole week, and after the third day, I wished the ceiling were a bit more soundproof. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around as early as 6:30 am until the quiet hours (around 10 pm), but we were still able to sleep without problems. On the other hand, the windows were perfectly soundproof, and there was no outside noise.

Nuevo y limpio, bien situado
Pros: Recién reformado, perfecto para unos pocos días. Cómodo, bien situado no muy lejos del centro pero alejado del bullicio, buena insonorización. Rosalía, la encargada, es simpatiquísima y ayuda en todo lo posible, incluso nos regaló una botella de vino de cosecha propia a la llegada (y le compramos otra al irnos!)
Cons: Pequeños detalles que faltan (mesa al lado del sofá, sujeta toallas y cosas así) que ya comenté con Rosalía y estoy seguro que solucionará enseguida.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio y equipado. Muy buena relación precio calidad. Sencillo el check in y check out. Rosalía nos recibió muy cordialmente y nos brindó toda la información necesaria para recorrer los lugares de interés. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones. Fue excelente nuestra estadía.

Séjour parfait, rien à dire !
Pros: Appartement superbe, idéalement situé et impeccablement propre. L'accueil a été chaleureux, et notre hôte nous a partagé de nombreuses petites adresses sympas ! Le petit déjeuner était également excellent : copieux et composé de produits de qualité (croissants, jus de fruits, pain, beurre, confiture, lait, etc.). Rien à redire, le séjour a été parfait !

Pros: прекрасне житло з усім необхідним для життя! Чудова і чуйна господарка, ввічлива приємна, зробила все можливе, щоб наше перебування було максимально комфортне.
