Pros: The BNAppartment Team were exceptionally friendly and professional. They ensured my family had a wonderful stay and provided all they needed with due care, consideration and professionalism. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone. Although I could not make the trip, the BNApartment team sent emails ahead and also called before my family arrived. They assured me that they were in good hands, and they followed through with exceptional service. Joao and Guilherme Coutinho communicated frequently, friendly, and professionally. As first-time visitors to Portugal, I am glad my family stayed at BNApartment. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, and thank you again, BN Apartment.

Wonderful garden room in beautiful old house

Pros: Lovely building and garden, well located. Access to garden great. Room facilities good

Pros: In love with this pretty apartment. Easy to reach, they have everything, including gym, pool and even laundry room. Someone took care of us by explaining everything on your arrival day, even gave you recommendations for foods and restaurants. Room was huge as well!

Cons: Nothing particular.

Pros: Perfect location. Amazing and cozy environment. The building is historical and has great conservation. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious room.

Lovely place, but let down by the noise and the management!

Pros: The room was well equipped and well decorated. The pool was lovely. And it was all very clean. Most of the staff were very nice too.

Cons: It’s an old building and it was EXTREMELY noisy. We didn’t appreciate the manager scolding us for walking around our room, especially because we kept quite boring hours and were always in bed asleep between 10pm and 8am! It’s terrible customer service to blame other guests for the noise when it’s clearly the owner’s fault for not putting in any sound proofing!

Outstanding huge modern apartment smack bang in the heart of it all

Pros: Everything !! Huge apartment , great little kitchen , other room in the house for washing machine and dryer and there was a gorgeous garden with pool ! I loved the little quaint restaurant at the gate and walk up to a fabulous shopping street ! I loved this apartment so much 15 out of 10 - so good !!!!

Cons: Parking on the property was great but a bit expensive I thought !

Pros: The location is perfect, only a 5/10 minute walk in to the historic centre. The room was a good size with everything you would need. The grounds and pool were gorgeous and a lovely break from the city. There doesn’t seem to be anything like it in the city.

Cons: The only negative is that sound travels easily in the property but this is because it’s an old (and beautiful) property. It didn’t cause us any issues but if you are particularly sensitive to sound you’d need to be prepared for that.
