Santo António Cozy Apartment

Nice location but an AC would be a plus

Pros: Very nice location, the apartment was very clean and nice

Cons: There is a big construction site just in front of the building and it is not possible to sleep with open windows and unfortunately there was no AC

Good location and comfortable stay.

Pros: Great location. Nicely renovated apartment. Quiet except construction but not too bad. Comfortable stay. I'd stay again. Felt safe and very secure. Only a short walk to hop on hop off bus.

Cons: Construction is not pretty to look at but construction all over Porto. Noise was not as bad as I expected. I slept ok. Bed mattress is getting a bit saggy. Shower nefs but I'd repair work.

Pros: Nice place and really close to everything one might want to visit in the city. The facilities are nice. Close by, the metro construction works made noise but nothing unreasonable and were quiet at night so we weren't disturbed at all during our 4 day stay.

Buena estancia

Pros: Esta genial ubicado y bien equipado el apartamento. No tiene aparcamiento propio del edificio pero tiene muchos parkings cerca (de pago). Además de los sitios turísticos también tiene cerca (unas calles detrás) tanto supermercado como restaurantes, tiendas y bares. Tiene un tamaño adecuado si tu plan no es estar en casa sino haciendo turismo.

Cons: El parque de en frente esta en obras (por el metro creo) por lo que las vistas son esas. No molesta el ruido de las obras pero si es verdad que tanto el suelo como las ventanas suenan mucho.

Pros: La ubicación del piso es perfecta, muy cerca del centro y de todo aquello mas importante para visitar en Oporto. El piso es mas grande incluso de lo que me esperaba, con muy buena distribución, muy cómodo. Aconsejable

Traumhafte sehr saubere Wohnung die alles hat

Pros: Toll eingerichtet Apartment. Sehr gute Raumnutzung. Schön hell, alles vorhanden was man auch für längere Aufenthalte braucht. Schnelles Internet, sehr sauber. Ä

Cons: Leider ist aktuell eine Baustelle vor der Wohnung. Die ist nicht sehr laut.

Fantástica a acomodação e limpeza do ambiente.

Pros: Da limpeza e do cheiro super agradável do local. E muito aconchegante.

Cons: Do chuveiro, não estava em boas condições.

Pros: Todo, buena situación, instalaciones modernas y buena disposición ante mis problemas con mi correo electrónico.

Cons: Nada todo perfecto

Pros: Die Wohnung ist top. Sehr zentrale Lage. Metrostation vor der Haustüre, wird derzeit gebaut. Der Zugang daher nur zu Fuß und aktuell Baustellenbetrieb auch nachts. Nachts etwas ruhiger. Hat meinen Schlaf nicht beeinträchtigt. Nicht Jedermanns Liebling.

This place has everything you need. It is modern, clean and cozy. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Pros: The location is super central. An amazing part of Porto! The apartment has 6 windows, so a lot of natural light comes in, but there are also good quality windows and wooden shutters, so if the street gets noisy, it's easy to shut out the world. Adriana is a great host. Even though she managed 15 units, she answered every call and message personally. And she's super friendly and helpful! She did warn me about the metro construction in front of the building and even though this is major construction, it was not too bad. I can't wait to go back when the metro is finished and you can literally ride the train to the front door! That will be so cool!

Cons: I spoke with Adriana about a few small things. She solved it immediately, so there were NO issues at all. If a host is open to communicating and guests share their needs clearly, then everyone wins.
