Sunshine Apartment

Great location.

Pros: Great location close to the Pont Luis bridge. Compact apartment that had all you need for a few days city break.

Cons: The shower was good but the hose and shower head were not very clean. We were informed a few weeks ago that the late check in fee was €25 however we were charged €30 when we were at the property which was disappointing.

Sunshine Appt at Porto

Pros: The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and in a great location being near to the river and easy walking distance of the many bars, restaurants and shops in the heart of Porto

Cons: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with 56 steps to negotiate when going to. After a day's walking around a very hilly Porto and consumption of Port taking on the stairs at end of day will want you wanting a further glass of port when getting to the top(which on thinking about it a reason to drink more port is just another positive). Having said that, it is only a minor observation and certainly would not deter us from booking the apartment again in the future.

Excellent stay

Pros: Great location, comfortable, clean and relaxing apartment. Central and close to amenities and sights. Transport easy, frequent and close (vernicular and tram). Fantastic place to stay for a short break. Friendly people and safe. Porto has lots to offer, great sights , attractions and food! Henrique was very helpful he greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and talked us through key tips and locations/experiences to explore.

Cons: Couple of very minor thing no scissors and although tea and coffee provided , milk would have been good.

Porto! Porto!

Pros: The apartment was central in location which was great. It was quiet at night, so getting a good nights rest was easy. The apartment is very clean, small but had everything you require. It also has a small balcony to sit out and have your breakfast in the mornings. Iron, hairdryer and good working shower. This apartment is on 3rd floor. TV and air con which is so nice when hot. We were also supplied with fresh towels mid week.

Cons: Sofa too small , to fully relax in.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to almost everything.

Cons: Worth noting that the apartment is on the top floor, up several flights of stairs. We were aware of this and had no issue but it may not be ideal for some.

Pros: We had an amazing experience at sunshine apartment! The room was big and sunny, everything was cleaned and well furnished. We will come back for sure

Pros: Great new apartments in the city center. Everywhere can be reached quickly on foot. The apartment is new clean and very nice. Many thanks to Henrique who met us at 1am in the room because we arrived very late. Everything was explained. 10/10! Recommended!

Great location

Pros: Apartment was lovely, very clean & comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, super close to funicular (1 min walk) which takes you straight down to the riverside by Luis I bridge. Balcony is big enough to sit out and a nice bonus. It wasn't a problem but the apartment & balcony does overlook a small bus station, which in the week seems to have one bus there most of the time during the day. Advantage is that the balcony isn't overlooked and quiet at night.
