Very big and good apartment and Gustavo far beyond any expectations.

Pros: The location is super, Gustavo let on of the group check in early in the morning an when we left we were allowed a very late check out. He was far and beyond what any host I have met has been. There are many many steps to the apartment, but when in Porto expect steps and hills. We would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa da Oliveira very much. Great location, well equipped and spacious.

Pros: Very spacious and well equipped apartment just a few minutes' walk from the Bolhao market. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. It is situated in quite a built up area but there was still access to a nice terrace.

Cons: The apartment is spread over the top 2 floors of a traditional Porto town house. Be prepared to climb about 35 steps to get to the front door.

Beautiful property in the heart of Porto

Pros: Beautiful house with plenty of room (group of 9)for everyone. There was also enough kitchenware and a dishwasher for the nights we decided to eat at home! The position is great, right behind Rua Santa Caterina and Gustavo is an amazing host, always available for anything you need! Stairs are all child proofed!

Cons: There is no washing machine unfortunately but there is a laundromat a few doors down. Also, the showers were a bit mouldy as there is a lot of humidity. If someone is using the shower downstairs then there is hardly any water pressure upstairs so you need to synchronise!

Pros: well located next to metro and shops very clean very spacious and comfortable

Cons: terrace and barbecue inaccessible

Cudowny, ale nieco zaniedbany apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji

Pros: Świetny apartament dla większej rodzinnej grupy, przy czym znajduje się tam tylko jedna intymna sypialnia. Mieszkanie jest naprawdę duże, dobrze wyposażone i doskonale zlokalizowane. Przestronna część dzienna z dużym stołem i kanapą. Blisko miejsca zakwaterowania jest centrum handlowe, stacja metra, a do historycznego centrum Porto jest ok. 15 min spaceru. Początkowo zainwestowano w apartament dużo czasu, uwagi i pieniędzy. Niestety obecnie jest nieco zaniedbany.

Cons: Niestety zdjęcia niekoniecznie przekładają się na rzeczywistość, a raczej są to zdjęcia sprzed paru lat, a lokal nie jest właściwie zadbany. Bardzo złe wrażenie robią detale, które nie wymagają nakładów inwestycyjnych, a właśnie uwagi i staranności. Poobrywane zasłony, przekoszone drzwiczki od szafek kuchennych, popsute zawiasy i mechanizmy w szufladach, wyszczerbiona zastawa kuchenna, pościel z plamami po wybielaczu. Przede wszystkim zaś zaniedbany teren zewnętrzny. Liczyliśmy na rodzinne wieczory na zewnętrznym tarasie, który na zdjęciach prezentuje się wspaniale i jest zdecydowanym atutem tej lokalizacji. A raczej był. Brudny, zarośnięty taras, nieprzycięta zieleń, stary zniszczony stół z ptasimi odchodami. Znowu - nie jest to kwestia poważnych inwestycji, a braku dbałości. No i to, co jest najbardziej niezrozumiałe, to brak porządnego przygotowania lokalu przed naszym przyjazdem. Blaty i drzwiczki przetarte brudną i tłustą szmatą, niedomyte podłogi. Po naszej interwencji była poprawka, ale dalej nie spełniało to standardów, do jakich jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni. Gospodarz miły, szybko reagował, w ramach rekompensaty dostaliśmy butelkę niezłego porto, ale nie zatarło to niestety złego wrażenia.

Pros: Très bel appartement, très spacieux. Une terrasse en extérieur. De belles chambres

Bien mais pas de vieux pas d' enfants car escalier dangereux et nombreux

Pros: La taille de l' appartement , l emplacement la réactivité du gérant même s'il gère avec une boîte à clef.

Cons: Le ménage accumulation de poussière sous les lits / quelque travaux de finition a faire / les couteaux de cuisine ne coupe pas / le canapé moyen /l eau chaude nous a manquer âpres 3 douches/mais surtout attention cette appartement et dangereux avec des enfants l escalier et très pentu et beaucoup d escalier si vous êtes âgée...

Pros: The location was perfect and the property was absolutely gorgeous and spacious! Perfect for our group of 6.

Un piso precioso que tiene muchas posibilidades pero que necesita mantenimiento

Pros: Un piso precioso muy bien montado ideal para un grupo de hasta 6 personas. Muy espacioso y luminoso, completamente amueblado hasta con objetos de decoración y personales. Dos habitaciones amplias con baño completo cada una y otra habitación en el ático bajo techos inclinados sin baños con dos camas dobles como para cuatro. Terraza ( un poco alejada, como para ir con platos desde la cocina) wifi, tele etc.

Cons: Lo peor fue que tenía una fuga de agua desde el baño principal al aseo general que se veía antigua sin reparar y que la habitación del ático no tenía baño por lo que los que diemian allí tenían que entrar en los otros dormitorios para ir al baño. La limpieza en algunas cosas como la barbacoa y tal estaban sucias,pero la limpieza de espacios comunes, habitaciones y aseos muy bien.
