Overall comfortable and best stay. Recommend for group , solo and couple stay.

Pros: The property is easy accessible from Metro station. Places around are walkable and easy to navigate. Overall good place to stay. Staff were supportive and cooperative.

Cons: May we there should be electric kettle in each room.

Pros: It was close to center, Ribiera, so we could walk everywhere.

Cons: The pillow was a bit too hard for me.. but that's a personal preference.

Excellent relation quality-price.

Pros: The Staff were 5 stars: professional, helpful and very polite. The hotel experience exceeded are expetactions. Super clean and tidy. Location superb. Breakfast very tasty and plentiful. Had booked one night and ended up staying for two nights.

Cons: 2nd day breakfast location changed and although it wasn’t bad, was not premium as the day before.

Nice stay

Pros: Our room was clean and quiet. The location's within 10-15 minutes walking to the center. The staff let us check-in 6 hours before the regular time! A few supermarkets and cafes nearby.

Cons: No vending machine in the property.

Nice and clean basic hotel with friendly staff and excellent location

Pros: On Google the hotel is rated 2 stars, which really does not do it justice. The rating is probably because of the very basic amenities in the hotel. The hotel is clean and nice, and the Staff is helpful and friendly. The location by the Trindade station is excellent. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria next door. It is quite basic (smoothie, roll with butter, ham and cheese, coffee and a croissant type of thing) but does the job.
