Merc Porto Santa Catarina

Pros: The Apartment is a short walk to the market, shopping center and restaurants. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We had no problem with keys or directions and would definitely stay again if we go back to Porto.

Cons: We couldn't work the TV as the instructions were for a different type of remote control. We couldn't get the aircon to work but didn't need it as it wasn't that warm in Porto. Staying for 5 nights we would have liked a change of towels without having to pay for them.

Great choice

Pros: Modern clean secure apartment very convenient for shopping centre with food hall and metro, small balcony to sit outside all the facilities you could need , good shower and very quiet and dark with the electric shutters down

Pros: Nice apartment - very clean Good location - easy to walk to most places but also just round the corner from bus and metro

Cons: Bed was too soft for my wife. Would have been nice to have a proper kettle for making tea. Had to boil pan of water

Pros: Excellent location, everything is nearby. Metro/bus is also just a few minutes from the apartment. Easy to find.. Apartments is equipped with everything you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we loved everything about the 4 days we had in Porto

Pros: Really great location (just on the corner famous Santa Catarina Chruch), everywhere possible to get on feet. Really good facilities, dishwasher with capsules, washing machine, pretty tidy kitchen, AC, comfortable bed. They provided few coffee capsules even, on the corner was nice small supermarket where you could buy more of them. Mercado just 5 min walk. Nice gesture was, when we checked in AC was working so inside was really nice and chill.

Cons: WiFi pretty weak signal. Check in can be a bit tricky with those boxes and codes, I felt like in escape room, but it was not that bad.

Pros: Our apartment with a Lift and Balcony in a great location was perfect. It is within 5 minute walk to ‘Bolhao Historic Market’, ‘Continente Supermarket’ Bars and Restaurants. Food Court and rooftop Bar in Via Caterina Shopping Centre. San Bento train station is 20 min walk and 30 min to the Douro River Communication with Eva and Danielle also excellent.

Lovely stay in Porto

Pros: Great location close to The Chapel of Souls and the Balhao Market, and about a 15 minute walk to more central Porto. The beds were very comfortable and the space was nice.

Cons: Just a few simple changes to make it a little easier - the bathroom door is quite difficult to slide across and the fridge door is very difficult to open.

Pros: apartment was clean. good beds. The room had all the amenities you need. Very good contact with host. Within walking distance of the center.

Cons: Some things in the apartment could perhaps be looked at. For example. Fridge does not close properly, sliding door of the bathroom does not work properly. Shower system has some loose buttons. But we had absolutely no problems with this during our stay and can easily be repaired.
