Overall an excellent stay

Pros: Location is excellent, space and cleanliness of the flat are also great. The inside looks very new. Lots of towels supplied.

Cons: Better communication, had to use the emails for correspondence which is not effectiive. Could do with some cooking ingredients i.e. Salt, pepper, cooking oil etc to make it a complete package. Spare pillows would be great too as the ones supplied were a little small! Spare garbage bags would also help.

Home away from home

Pros: We stay in this apartment for 3 nights. It really feel like home away from home. It is meticulously maintained, clean and equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Personnally like a nearby restaurants that serve delicious breakfast early and a short walk to the iconic Chapel of Souls for a serene early-morning photo before the crowds.

Cons: It would be perfect if the television is a internet TV to allow accessing to international (particular Asia) programs. Other than this, everything is just perfect. The 3-storey walk-up may be tiring but manageable.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Pros: Great location. Apartment was updated and clean. Located on the third floor. Stairway is wide and bright. We arrived earlier than expected and Telmo was able to provide a locked room for luggage while the maids finished cleaning. We were a family of 5 adults and though the main living quarters were a little tight, we managed without issue. All in all we had a great stay, with an gracious host and would not hesitate to book again.

Great location, good value and clean!

Pros: We like the location, easily accessible to many main attractions in Porto. The apartment is big with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shower pressure was very good. It was clean and with modern furnishings. Ice cubes were available in the freezer. Beds were very comfy.

Cons: We could do with a bigger and comfier sofa because we could feel the wood when we sat on it. An indoor clothes airer would be good as it was raining almost every day we were there in early April. Couldn't hang our washing out. Couldn't figure out how to operate the oven as there were no instructions. Instruction booklet would be helpful to operate electrical appliances and where to throw rubbish. It would be nice to add either open hanging space or wardrobe for clothes in the 2 bigger rooms and more hangers. Only 1 pillow per person would be nice to have 2 pillows each and a thicker quilt/duvet. Upgrade the 2 bigger room beds to either king size or 2x twin beds as there were ample space for it. They were only double size beds. We arrived and had no coffee or tea available but was quickly delivered when we requested it. The bathroom towels need to be changed and upgraded as they are thin and well-used with signs of damage visible. Need permanent hooks in bathroom. They are adhesive ones which doesn't hold the weight and keeps falling off. The keys to the main entrance and apartment door need to be labelled. They were not easy to use. We used the pin code the whole time. A small light outside the main entrance would be nice as it was very dark at night and can't see anything.

Pros: 建物の外側からは不安だったのですが、入ってびっくり！とても綺麗で最高に可愛いお部屋でした。 食事をしに行くにも観光するにも大変便利な立地だと思います。 やり取りは全てメッセージだったのですが、入室方法、ゴミの出し方などとても分かりやすかったです。 電子レンジ、オーブン、食洗機、洗濯機、この辺りのものが揃ってて最高でした！！

Cons: 建物の三階で、エレベーターなどは無いので荷物運ぶのは少し大変かもしれません。 油、塩コショウなどの調味料やコーヒー紅茶があったら嬉しかったです。数日の滞在だと買うのも躊躇われるので…。 電子レンジの表示が壊れていたのか少々見辛かったです。

Pros: 位置很棒，離巿場，教堂，超巿都很近。景點都在步行距。房子是全新裝潢。非常乾淨，新。布置很可愛。房子很大。每間房都有冷氣，廚房也好大。廚具都是全新，也有洗衣機還附了洗衣精。一共有2間衛浴非常方便。 好喜歡！超級推薦！！讚！ 膠囊咖啡機也附了好幾個咖啡膠囊！

Pros: Bel appartement spacieux, hyper propre et très bien placé. A améliorer : mettre des patères pour les serviettes dans les salles de bain. Prévoir quelques dosettes de café, du thé, du sucre . Également sel poivre huile. Le petit canapé est vraiment très inconfortable..
